From start to finish these guys left a great impression. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, responsive, prompt and friendly. I am super pleased with my decision to use Mechanical Heating and Cooling. They were were even sweet to my two oversized, overly friendly dogs. On top of everything, they cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy and understood how to work my new air conditioner before they left.

Not only will I be recommending them to everyone I know, but I absolutely will be using them again in the future.

They came Same Day within an hour of me contacting. Replaced thermocouple on my hot water heater. Ken did a great job! I waited a whole week for another company who never came.Great business. Would recommend!

Kris arrived on time and not only took care of the problem, but also gave me sound advice on potential future HVAC needs for my home. I appreciated that along with the phone calls, e-mails, and visual texts provided so that I knew who was coming, what he looked like, and when to expect him. Nicely done!

Excellent service and very professional. Had the ducts cleaned in our home and the entire staff were terrific. Receptionist did an excellent job of informing me of all available options. Received multiple text and phone call confirmations. The service rep Jeff, was right on time, professional and did an excellent job.
