MDH Mechanical Heating & Cooling

OMG! This guy came to repair my leak and he fixed it in seconds and to not mention the name of the other company I hired yesterday that is well known all around dayton was here and they left without knowing what to do for it! I definitely recommend Mike from this company MDH!!!!!! (He is running the business himself and is local)!!!!!

We had an old AC unit a few years ago, Michael came out and didn't try to sell us a new unit, he just added Freon and then came out the following year to check how much was lost. It was losing at a faster rate, so we decided to install a new Tempstar furnace and AC. Quick and good quality work. Recently, the fan on the AC went out and all parts were covered under the warranty, we only paid for labor. Over all I am well pleased with the work and will use MDH again.

MDH patched our 25 year old heat pump 2 and a half years ago to buy us some time to save for a new unit which was long overdue. We were soo pleased with service, price, professionalism that once we had the money, we had MDH install a new heat pump about a year ago. We could not be happier with it. The whole house cools and heats evenly with the unit running 1/10th of the time as the old one. While everyone is feeling the pain of rising electric cost ours have actually lowered. Very professional, affordable, and clean. MDH does and will always service our house.

Work was done super fast from replacing furnace to installing a/c coil, condenser, and thermostat! Will definitely use service again! Left area cleaner than it was before to include removal of old furnace. Cost very reasonable.

Mike came out right away and did a fantastic job with my ancient Boiler system, very personable as well as in depth knowledge of said system! I highly recommend MDH Mechanical and will use them again in the future for all my apartment building needs!
