Blair Heating called at about 4 pm on 7/5 in response to my 4th of July message. They could send someone over right away or next week. I chose now. Brad came over and was efficient, polite, and professional. He made some adjustments, and added some coolant. He gently noted the 20+ year age of my furnace and 30+ year age of my a/c unit and suggested I consider replacement. I could not disagree. A year ago I had Blair install a new HVAC system at a rental property, and they were efficient and reasonably priced. I sincerely recommend Blair Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.

We have been using Blair now for around 4 years now as Logan Heating and Air stopped servicing fuel oil furnaces a few years after we bought an entire system from them. Blair took us in as customers and treated us amazing. Fair pricing, knowledgeable technicians, and on time when coming to service our HVAC system.

Mark repaired unit start capacitor on outside unit less than one hour. Called On Wednesday scheduled next day. All good. Going to have them back in October to check out heat exchanger.

Tech called ahead, and was on time. Tech was professional, friendly, courteous, and competent and skilled. Issue was repaired in about an hour . Tech provided after repair instructions for best maintenance. A+++++

We presented Blair with a challenging AC repair assignment, which Mark T., their repairman passed with flying colors. A previous contractor had misdiagnosed the problem, scrambled wiring, and then said their company could not repair the unit because of “code violations.” Blair took the time to work through these difficulties, figure out what needed fixing, and restore AC. Couldn’t have asked for more!

If you are thinking about using a new Heating and Air Conditioning Company, look no further, this company is "AWESOME". Been using them for Air and Furnace repair and they do a "GREAT" job but it was time to replace my unit. They submitted a quote and it was the best one I received, came out when they told me they would, worked hard all day long then took the time to show me exactly what they did and how to use my new thermostat. It has been 2 weeks now and no issues and my house's comfort level is a "10". Thank you for an easy well done experience.

Everything was awesome from the original quote Josh gave me all the way through the installation process. Very satisfied with my new system. No other competitor came close to offering what they did for the price. Highly recommend
