Jacob was very thorough and detailed with cleaning and inspection. He provided detailed explanations if I needed it. He let me know of issues and approximate time frame to replace according to the condition of my furnace and air conditioner units.

Sun installed the HVAC systems in our subdivision in 2013-14 that is all individual ranch homes. We paid more for a 2-stage duct system, one for the lower level and one for the upper level as we spend a lot of time in both on different days and times.

As someone who has been involved in commercial and industrial building construction for many years, primarily in HVAC, I can say with some degree of expertise, that they are a fine company with which to do business. Their service people are not only extremely knowledgeable, but also more than willing and able to answer questions - and they don't even charge extra if you watch and ask those questions while they're working.

Further, their prices for 2 service and inspection calls/year include items that a home owner would typically be purchasing and installing on their own. Definitely a good company to use, whether for new installation or service.

John Long from Sun Heating arrived on time and listened to my explanation of what I was hearing the furnace doing. He accessed the problem and determined it was the motor. Mr Long was very professional and was able to replace the part in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service I received. I was so impressed that I decided to schedule the installation of ac that I was putting off until next year. I called the office and received an appointment for the next day. Thank you Sun Heating.

Miles was outstanding! He swiftly figured out my unit's issues and gave me all the options and pros/cons on the decisions I had to make to correct the problems. While onsite he also made a number of suggestions for ensuring my system is operational and maintained. Would absolutely call them out again and would certain recommend them!

Chris was very professional, and friendly. He advised of noted issues during today’s service visit, and explained how Sun can address those issues without pressuring to secure additional services.

Chris came to maintain our ACs on time. He is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was very hardworking - he spent long time checking the AC units (we have 3) outside under the sun when it was 100 degrees. He explained well and in details about his findings, and was patient to answer my questions. Great work ethic! This is a good company with a team of high quality technicians!
