We contacted Sun Heating & Cooling for the semi-annual maintenance program. Aaron W. work, professionalism, and efficiency were exceptional! It's great to have a highly qualified professional working on the maintenance of our HVAC unit. Worth mentioning, we thought the safety switch needed replacement. During the maintenance, it turned out it was simply disconnected. Aaron is professional with high integrity and work ethic. Because of that, we immediately recommended him to our other family member and Sun Heating & Cooling gain another account.

Aaron the black guy with the glasses is very unprofessional talks on the phone while working and came to do my furnace with the company he work for van which is Sun heating and cooling as he said on thumbtack that he works for himself which he really doesn’t.

Our AC had completely died about 2 weeks ago and these days we've had temps in the high 80s outside, we were anxiously waiting installation for a new unit.

Travis and Ricky came out this morning arriving promptly at 8 as we were told. They were friendly, polite, professional, no fuss just working away at getting the top part of the furnace completely replaced and the vacuum pump outside too. It was a FIVE hour job given the complex setup we had here, and they were even cognizant that I had meetings I was attending from home.

The AC has now been running for over an hour and is much more effective than what we had from the previous setup.

I awoke this morning with no heat. Furnace motor was running but there was no heat. The first company I called could not come out until Monday (This is Saturday morning in MIchigan---snowy and cold), My good friend suggested I call Sun Heating and I did. I talked with the person who answered and she took my information and said a technician would call me back. Within 30 minutes I received a call back from the technician who said he would be able to come out later in the afternoon to see what the problem was. His name was Jacob. About an hour later I received a call from a different technician, Jordan, who said he was in my driveway. He had been called in to help Jacob. I was at the hospital with my husband and in the process of transferring him to inpatient rehab so I couldn't come home. I gave Jordan my garage code and he was able to come in and repair the furnace and waited to make certain it was heating up the house. He kept me informed the entire time. I was extremely impressed with the way Sun Heating and Cooling and their employees handled my problem! They will have my business from now on.

Amazing service! I called this morning (Saturday) because of a concern about my furnace and John was at my house at 9am. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked my furnace to be sure there were no safety concerns. Great job!

We had a wonderful experience with John at H.A. Sun Heating & Cooling. He went above and beyond to fix our issue. When it appeared the problem was resolved, he dug a little deeper to fix another issue that was hidden. He even took the time to explain to me how to adjust the vents and air circulation in the future. Highly recommend him and this company!

We’ve had a maintenance contract with Sun for over 25 years. They are responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Their phone reps are very helpful and kind. I called them at 10 am and the man was here by 11:00 am Everything fixed and AC working well. The repairman gave me great advice on how to improve its performance.
