I want to thank Sun Heating for sending out Jordan M. to replace my humidifier. He additionally helped solve our problem, by suggesting that we use a more efficient and responsive thermostat! He was
very professional, and very knowledgeable about the best way to fix our humidity problem. He was patient and did an excellent job installing our humidifier and thermostat.

I had a fantastic service call from Ulysses today for furnace maintenance. Previously I had fantastic service from Ash and then Dallas. I had to call them the first time for a problem and purchased their maintenance plan. I really recommend this! Great office staff also!

The guy did a great job. I could tell he is not there to take advantage like many companies do. He gave me good advice and treated me like I was a sister. I was very pleased with the service.

work was fine, but the tec. ws more interested in selling me more services. I have sided y9u in the past.Every time the tech. Had the cover off he would ask me for a hose so he could wash it down. Not this time wanted to sell me an additional service.

Donovan B serviced my AC unit on May 17. Exceptional attitude and professionalism. A very knowledgeable and skilled technician. I'm glad he was assigned to service my unit!

I gave it one star because I had to. If I could, I would have given it zero stars. Service tech came out, was very unclear about what was needed, left us believing that we needed a new furnace. Was going to charge us $1500.00 labor on a warranty item. We got it done for $200.00 elsewhere. Will NEVER use, recommend or refer them to anyone I want to keep as a friend. When I received a call back the supervisor/manager didn't even have the decency to call me.

Excellent company. The technician was on time, polite, and very professional. Diagnosed and corrected the problem expeditiously and explained what he was doing and why. Highly recommend this company.

I was able to get an appointment immediately for a furnace tune-up. Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very patient with all my questions. I purchased the maintenance program and will gladly use them again!!

Sun Heating and Cooling review;
I needed diagnostic test of my heating and cooling system; SH&C had great marketing (I LOVE THOSE GUYS!!) and I contacted them to do my analysis;
The guys who came over for an “inspection” of my furnaces were really nice guys; Charlie was a trainee who I wish a great future and success . His trainer; Ash; another very nice man.
The reason for service call was because one furnace did not kick on.
Upon arrival I was informed that the $89 check up was for 1 furnace and since I have two; it’s a double fee. Okay. Analysis was a blown fuse in one furnace which was replaced. But upon further inspection, the blower motor had “blown a seal” and leaking oil! I was asked to decide fixing now or later; HOW MUCH??
“Well, you know that COVID has doubled all prices” and your blower motor replacement including labor is $965. Plus the inspection fee of $200; but that included the fuse replacement fee of $22. (75 cent retail)
After review of the universal blower motor scooter replacement, $107 I opted to decline. Be careful for paying for advertising campaigns…
I called the company that installed the HVAC system seven years ago; blower is covered by warranty; but if it wasn’t; $450 replacement.

Very disappointed.

Nick Manzo, technician, was excellent in every way. Explained issues well, did everything possible to fix problems so we would have heat in our home on a 15 degree day! It was a pleasure having him for service.
