I called Sun Heating and Cooling at 10am to see if they could come fix a problem with my air conditioning unit. They had their technician, Ian, over to my house within an hour to fix the problem! Was so thankful that I could have it taken care of so quickly. Ian was professional, on time, and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Ian and Sun Heating and Cooling are simply the best!

Jake and Charlie arrived exactly when expected, diagnosed the issue quickly, then clearly explained the problems and solutions so we could come up with a cost-effective solution. They fixed the issues right away. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Sun H&C provided excellent service on after hour call. It was approximately 1 hour from my call to Sun and tech arriving at my home on a very cold night with no heat. Jacob, the on call technician responded promptly, arrived quickly and at the time he quoted. He is professional, courteous and good at his job. I was very comfortable with him in my home, he wore shoe covers, he explained everything and was very pleasant. He is a gem!! He found and fixed the issue and also did a full diagnostic check for cracks or leaks....there were none. A little extra peace of mind. Thank you Jacob and Sun Heating & Cooling!

I appreciate the experience I had working with the people at Sun. The repairman took the time to explain why my furnace needed replacing and got it working again. The salesman clearly explained my options and took care of all the paperwork for the permits and rebates. No pressure. Installation was first thing next day. They were on time, hard working, and made sure things were kept clean. Definitely deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Technician was on time, respectful and professional. He put on shoe covers to protect the floors. He did his inspection of the furnace and made recommendations pertaining to the filter and carbon monoxide alarm. He was very pleasant!

I originally gave 5 Star rating due to the politeness of the rep, however, I must retract my rating because 40 days after the maintenance service, my humidifier started leaking. I called them back out and they charged me $144 just to turn the faucet back down. I had the maintenance service done on 10/25/2022 and I noticed the leak on 12/4/2022. The faucet had to have been left turned up from the maintenance service as I had never ever touched the faucet before. Additionally, on January 5, 2023, my Inducer Motor went out. I had to pay $800 to another HVAC company to get that repaired because I had no heat. Both of these incidents occurring within 2.5 months of their maintenance service leaves me to believe that Sun Heating is very negligent in their service. All I wanted them to do was waive the $144 charge since the incident occurred within 40 days of their service. They declined. All Sun Heating wanted to do is give me a free year of their maintenance service - which would have only been an opportunity for them to screw up my furnace even more. My recommendation is not to use this company. They do not accept responsibility; they do not do the right thing for their customers. They have poor reviews on the BBB. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Sun Heating & Cooling is the best! Team is very professional, prompt and informative. Technicians are always on time and text you in advance of their arrival. A+

General seasonal maintenance. Charlie was professional, helpful, and quick with his work. Appreciated his help and making sure our A/C was in prime shape!

Great company - got Google Nest thermostat installed which works perfectly. They changed the wiring from 4 to 5 wires and Nest is working great with that. Previous company couldn't install the thermostat.

Charles is fantastic! I signed up for the maintenance program and will request him each time. He explained EVERYTHING to me which was SO helpful. Things I didn’t know. Absolutely use SUN for your heating and cooling needs.
