Blue Bear Plumbing is fantastic! After reading many Google reviews we decided to give them a try. We first had Mike out to do regular maintenance on our furnace. We were extremely impressed with his professional manner and his willingness to go above -and -beyond to answer all our questions and concerns. He even took extra time out of his schedule to address a separate plumbing issue we were having. He was very informative and solidified that we had made a good choice in choosing Blue Bear.
We were so pleased that we recently called them when we were having issues with our shower. Tim was sent out (assisted by Zach) and they quickly identified a problem with our diverter and stem. Tim was very knowledgeable about the matter and made us feel comfortable and confident in our choices to repair. They worked quickly and efficiently, getting the job done accurately. We are more than pleased with the way our shower now operates. The people at this company are friendly, helpful, informative and professional. Top quality plumbing with reasonable prices. Scott has done an awesome job both times he's been here- once for a water heater install, and once for a toilet issue. Not only professional and polite, but also really good at explaining what the issue was, what needed to be done, and what our best options are. I would trust Scott to fix any future plumbing issues in our home. And I would recommend Blue Bear to a friend- they were extremely responsive and fast.

Peter inspected furnace for mouse damage and general inspection. Very thorough, explained everything he was doing clearly and answered all my questions about furnace, water heater and plumbing. Blue Bear uses technology well and keeps you Informed of appointment and arrival times.

I had an indirect water tank leak that if not replaced ASAP could become a disaster of a flood. After calling a few places who were all too busy I reached out to Blue Bear which I've recently seen advertised on TV. I immediately got the nicest employee Paige who not only helped me shut off the water over the phone but got me connected to Thomas, the nicest most professional Plummer I have ever dealt with. Even while they had a busy schedule, he was able to find the correct water tank and get my emergency issue taken care of the very next day. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and I will continue to use their service in all my future issues, especially now that I know they also deal with HVAC as well. The crew was here from sunrise to well past sunset. It was about a three crew job. Every member was respectful of our home, pets and son. Our dog requires a lot of work and training and they were BEYOND patient with him. It was a heartwarming to see them all working together as a huge team to get the job done. Giving each other tips and a helping hand without hesitation is something you don't see anymore. The system is beautiful and not a spot of dirt was left. I was impressed to see everything so nice and clean after the job they had to do.

Blue Bear replaced our 25-year old central A/C units with new heat pump systems. Throughout the entire process (from the initial sales call through the pre-installation walk-through to the actual installation and follow up assistance with the Mass Save rebate application) their team was professional, friendly, prompt and responsive. The work was completed exactly as scheduled. They even cleaned up after themselves! We are very pleased with our experience.

Chad was very professional, upstanding and courteous with a great attitude. He understood our situation and offered us a few options. He took his time to explain and did a awesome job. Bought service plan we were so impressed with Chad.

Blue Bear recently installed a central AC unit in my antique colonial home. As you might expect, the challenges associated with the installation included a very cramped basement, a really creepy crawl space, and not-so-standard specifications. But the installation team persevered and by the end of a single day, we were the coolest inhabitants in more than 2 1/2 centuries!

I initially contacted several local HVAC companies to get estimates; most of whom either ignored me, or failed to show up for scheduled appointments. Blue Bear consistently showed up when they promised to show up, and did the work they promised to do. They also consistently communicated by email and by phone each step of the way. Blue Bear's approach to customer service was phenomenal, especially these days when just getting a company's attention is a hurdle. I can't thank these guys enough!

We met with Chad for a small job and then he did an all house assessment and discussed what he checked. He was very informative of the heating and water system letting us know how it all worked together. We found out we had issues with a part that needed looking at pretty quick. Chad didn't push anything on us explained to in detail and cost and the best options for us , we had Chad come back and do the repairs. Also it was nice to see a service tech wear shoe coverings as I recently had my floors done. I will definitely have him back if I need a plumber in the future.
