So the day before Thanksgiving our water heater sprays water all over the basement floor. We think with the holiday and the weekend coming, there goes water usage for at least 5 days. But no! We call blue bear that morning, and the very nice lady sets up a technician to come out to inspect that day! Peter gets to our house, diagnoses the problem, gives our family a few different options explaining everything and gets it all done SAME day! Couldn’t be happier with the friendliness and professionalism of this company. When our furnace decides to let go on us (probably before the next holiday) they will be #1 on the list to call...5 stars and thank you!

I had a difficult furnace repair job that required fixing a couple different things. Blue Bear was very professional and knowledgeable about the repair. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone needing a tough problem fixed.

First time using Blue Bear. Had a leaky kitchen faucet. Blue Bear was quick to respond and diagnose the problem. I bought a replacement faucet myself and they were able to come out the next day and do the install. They coordinated show up time around my work hours. Thomas Walsh and his partner Chris were knowledgeable and friendly and did the faucet install in a timely manner. They also caught and fixed a small leak in the drain trap. They ran a water test and suggested a filtration system to prevent further faucet damage and I will be using Blue Bear for that down the line. Overall a great experience!

Two furnace cleanings (attic and basement) Showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and through with the services provided, and provided clear and concise information about the health of our systems. Definitely will use them again.
