I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve been using Blue Bear for the past two years for various needs and every time I call, they respond immediately. Most recently, my outside water faucet was leaking. I called and Chris came out and evaluated. He replaced the pipe and put on a new fixture . He was so nice, professional and neat, you’d never know he was even there. Chris is fantastic!!!

I’ve used Blue Bear twice now and both times they’ve been excellent. This most recent service, Josh K. installed a water filtration system in our home. He was extremely professional, courteous, and tidy. He took time to explain the new system to me and made sure all of my questions were answered. Thanks for the great service Josh and the entire team at Blue Bear Home Services.

Jon w/ Blue Bear was awesome. This is night and day difference from using other HVAC repair places in the past. Can't speak highly enough about the thoroughness of the job and quality of the work Jon did. This will be my first call for any issues moving forward.

I was blown away by the professionalism and level of service I experienced. The company was responsive and all communications were pleasant. The technician who came, Jon Beasley, was kind, courteous, professional, and transparent about what work was performed and advised. Furthermore, Jon was inquisitive and relentless in his pursuit of the issues which plagued my system. Given the time and effort required to do the job right, I felt the cost was more than reasonable. The customer interfacing software was not only convenient, but enabled additional transparency and clear documentation. So impressed by Blue Bear, and Jon in particular!

Wonderful company!!! Came right out to address our issue (new gas heater) and new product insisted on two days!!!! We have been to various other companies and no one was this quick to get the job done. Highly recommend! We'll use again in the future for duct cleaning.

Had my Navien tankless gas water heater serviced for a great price. I was notified ahead of time when the technician would be arriving and the work was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Blue Bear!

Blue Bear has always done great work for us & this time was no different. Our bathroom counter/sink mini remodel did not start off smoothly when the installer broke some of our plumbing but Tim was able to fix the broken drain pipe & hook up the other 2 bathroom sinks as well as replace the toilet pretty quickly.

We are new to area and new clients of Blue Bear. Blue Bear was highly recommended by our neighbors and have been to our home to assist with several needs, including A/C and leaks and to quote a new water filtration system. Each technician was as knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient and professional as the last. The administrative staff is tops! Chad visited us today and goes above and beyond to insure all info is understood, all new(known and unknown) needs are met and he is knowledgeable and efficient! We cannot say enough about this terrific company and feel fortunate to be customers.

Did not receive notice that service was on the way until AFTER they had arrived! Price quoted seemed very high but when requested, technician refused to tender breakdown of parts and labor. Checking on line, parts range from $200 to $700 so therefore I needed an answer to my question so that I could make an informed decision. Very disappointed.

John and his team was so great. I was done fast professionally. I ended up having a medical emergency with my mother while this was happening and they were like don’t worry we’ll finish we’re finished with us you take care of mom you know office will contact you with any details, and all that I couldn’t speak hot more highly of this company. If you were looking for somebody to use any of their services highly highly highly recommended.
