People have been using their credit cards for food essentials & "wants" in life for past few years. Now they are max'd out. Then, something goes horribly wrong with their plumbing, they call a plumber, afterwards they start blaming the plumbing company for their issues. STOP THE WANTS on the credit card..... AND START USING your credit cards correctly, as a "LOAN" AND STOP PUTTING HARMFUL REVIEWS UP JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE PRICE.

I had an incredible experience with Thomas Walsh and Chris from Blue Bear Plumbing. After being ignored and put off by other local plumbing companies who were unable to diagnose our basement heating issue, I finally found Blue Bear and they were so nice, professional, timely, and honest during my entire time dealing with them. Thomas came out the day after I first called and was thorough in his diagnosis of the issue and explanation to me of what was wrong. He gave an accurate estimation of how long the project would take and how much it would cost (we had a leak, and pipes in our baseboards that weren't fit to hold hot water to heat the basement, so the entire system needed to be redone). Thomas and Chris came out just several days later and fixed everything in a day. They made sure they cleaned up the area and explained everything they'd done before leaving. It was such a breath of fresh air working with Blue Bear and I would absolutely recommend them.

From start to finish Blue Bear was amazing and very easy to work with! Justin, Chris, and Bill were professional, informative, and great guys to have in my home!! They had a HUGE job on their hands and they handled it so well, and we’re so patient with my 2 big dogs… (1 of which thought she had to help with everything) Even the clean up was impeccable! I have had many workers in and out of my home over the years and I can honestly say the guys from Blue Bear are top notch!! I 💯 recommend them for any of your Plumbing needs!!!

Called out for an unexpected gas leak when performing a walk through of a property I was to close on that day. Chad the technician sent out, explained the situation and gave me best case scenario and worst case scenario. Fortunately it was good news for the repair. Pressure tested the gas pipe for the stove, they set up for the city inspector to come by the very next day and was good to go in no time at all. Very “bearable” professional attitude from the initial phone call to follow up calls. Very impressive, I’m glad I called my son in law for a recommendation as they had done work on his home as well. Will be using in the future for any repairs and also recommending their outstanding service.

Every single employee who came to my house was professional and did everything they could to get us hot water. We lost our furnace a couple years back and everyone from the person on the phone to everyone who worked in our house was polite and attentive. Best customer service I’ve ever had with a company. I highly recommend them.

Tom was great! He was very thorough doing the maintenance and diagnosing the issues with our boiler. He took the time to explain all the steps through the process and explained his findings as he went along. He found the reason why my mom lost heat on the 2nd floor last winter. The service and repairs felt a bit pricey but Tom was a pleasure to deal with which made it worth it. He genuinely cared about the well being of my elderly mother.

OUTSTANDING customer service! We had a leaking jet tub and needed a non-emergency boot replacement. Todd and Dylan was on time, texted when on route. They arrived a little early, booties & masks on, very straight forward with what they saw. These guys professionalism was top-notch. It was a great experience and I will definitely use this service again (also join the care bear priority plan).

Technician arrived at time indicated; he was professional at all times. He assessed the work we needed and gave us 3 payment options & explained each option. He was well informed & made us feel confident about the work to be done. He worked efficiently & did not leave any mess.
