We have been customers of Blue Bear for a year and a half and they continue to exceed expectations. They are the most responsive and organized company I’ve encountered and each person is the utmost professional and focused on meeting your needs.
We returned home last evening to our main thermostat not working. I called their main line, not sure if they were still open but hung up as it was after hours and would plan on calling in the morning.
I called the next morning and quickly got ahold of Skye who was a delight. She took great notes and said she would do everything she could to have a tech out today. While I was speaking with her, another member called me noting they noticed I had contacted them last night and wanted to make sure everything was okay (I don’t know of any company that replies to a missed call/online inquiry!). A few minutes later, Patrick calls me to let me know they had a cancellation and is sending Dan out now.
Dan, similar to every technician we’ve had here, was skilled, knowledgeable, explained everything well and personable. He fixed everything quickly and reviewed the cause with me and answered all of our questions.
I can’t recommend Blue Bear enough. They are top notch in every way- thank you!!!!

As a new customer of Blue Bear, had a new replacement steam boiler installed. After using it the first night, it was apparent some adjustments needed to be made. However, the technicians came back very quickly the next day and got it running smoothly. Very happy with the professionalism, knowledge, and fast response from Blue Bear. Will definitely continue to use their services.

Samantha was great at keeping In contact and following up when it came to scheduling out as well as answering any questions. Peter at Blue Bear did an amazing and prompt job. Kept a damage to a minimum when compared to what many others said would have to be done.

Josh was great did what he said he would. But not happy about the extra charge not being applied to the service so will think twice before calling again. Price is a little rich for replacing a kitchen drain.

So far the initial assessment phase of our project has gone very well. Really appreciate the timeliness and professionalism. Jack O. was courteous, professional and happy to answer our questions. Looking forward to next steps and getting these projects off our to-do list. Quite satisfied so far.

David and Joel were very friendly and personable. Joel clearly explained everything to me and gave me options on how I could proceed with having the work done. They both answered my questions and explained what was happening as they troubleshot the program. In the end, they got the job done! It was also a learning lesson for my husband and I (flushable wipes doesn't mean biodegradable). They cleaned up the mess and even took the drain blockage "goop" with them. Thanks a bunch guys! I'll be sure to call again if I have a plumbing/drainage problem.

Helpful, efficient, quick action to help improve hot water supply. Master plumbers are expensive but I felt that we got real value for our money, and would 10/10 hire again. Also, Chris was lovely with our puppy who was super interested in the work..

Michael came out to do maintenance on our mini split. He was on time, professional and friendly. Up front pricing. He explained everything he did and provided additional recommendations without any pressure. I would definitely recommend Blue Bear and will be using them again in the future.

Blue Bear has helped us a couple times with plumbing in our home, both times the licensed technicians have been respectful, understanding, kind, and extremely professional/knowledgeable!!

We had Blue Bear come to our house to fix a flange for our toilet. The tech told me it will cost 1,261. I said no way. we got another plumber and cost 325. Highway robbery. I do not recommend this company!
