Charlie was awesome! He changed our toilet gasket in record time! He came earlier than expected and was extremely easy to talk to and made the job easy to understand!

Eric and Chris were so respectful. They helped my husband and I with our issue, and also detected some major red flags that we had no idea. Saved my family from toxic water, I am so pleased with this company. They were also respectful opening and closing my doors since my dogs were following them everywhere trying to play with them. I've used Blue Bear for 2 different projects recently and I plan to keep using Blue Bear for future plumbing projects. Both times I was able to call, quickly speak to an actual person, and schedule service in a very reasonable time (usually next day). Both times, Tim, was the plumber sent and fully rounded out the quick and responsive service. He was knowledgeable and able to resolve both issues quickly, and he was also personable and willing to answer all of my questions. Great service from the initial phone call to the finished product, thank you.

Going to have to start adding dates to these reviews haha. I can't stop raving about the great service my family receives from Blue Bear Home Services. This time around it was Paul Anesti Jr. from beginning to end making my family and I feel informed and confident in our choice to replace our Central A/C units. I must have called/texted/emailed him 50,000 times, and every single time he received my call, I was met with kindness and reassurance.
The technicians on the job were great too. They were thorough and efficient. At the end of it, Ben Fee made sure I understood the system and answered any remaining questions I had for the system. I hope this help's whoever is reading this.

Have to give a shoutout to the on-call staff, they are amazing, a special shoutout Becky for her help through the new boiler process. The installation went great, Todd, Frank C., Jollie and the rest of the crew did an awesome job.

New house, new leak, same great service. Scott V. was very quick and professional, I appreciated his knowledge on the subject matter and his ability to make it easy for me to understand.

We had a great experience with Blue Bear's drain cleaning team. Charlie responded to our after-hours, emergency, septic issue and got us back up and running quickly. He was super friendly, explained what was going on, fixed the issue and made sure everything was in working order before he left. Showers, dishwashing and laundry was back up and running in no time!

Tom was wonderful. He came first thing in the morning and was professional and nice. He explained What the problem was and how he could repair it with installation of the new shower head. He told me about the Blue Bear membership which Includes priority service, 10% discount, waiving of visit fee and inspection /maintenance Of water heater and furnace. I joined! Excellent service.
