We had an unexpected issue with our AC not related to previous service. Came as soon as possible to fix the problem with the compressor unit outside. Pleased with the service from Blue Bear and the Technician.

We thought a plumber would come to the house. They sent a different drain cleaning company. The guys were really nice but they were not plumbers and didn’t want to fix the toilets, they just wanted to snake the drain and upsell me on using the camera. Toilets never stopped leaking. They said it’s an additional charge to come back out after we paid almost $800 already just a few days ago. I would not recommend this company. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I feel so ripped off. I’m out the money and now have to use a different company to actually fix the problem.

Blue bear installed my mini splits, thankless water heater, gas line and gas stove. It was a two part job and the technicians both times were professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact they wore shoe covers to walk around my house and after each job the place was left clean. I will definitely use Blue Bear for future home projects.

I was very happy with Blue Bear. Our technician Tom was very friendly and professional. He took the time to show and explain to us what he was doing and made sure we understood any charges before he worked. The company was very quick in getting back to my initial message and gave plenty of notice prior to the technicians arrival. They were able to do basic maintenance which was overdue and fix the problem we were having with our furnace. They offer a lot of other services which we will be using in the future.

Blue Bear Plumbing is amazing. I contacted them this week because my gas heating system had stopped working, everyone I talked to was great:
- Customer service and the ease of scheduling the service appointment
- Tom the Service Tech who had to give me the bad news my system was from 2004 and he could definitely fix the part that was broken, but most likely there would be more issues
- Troy from sales who thoroughly explained all the options to buy a new system and made the purchase process very easy
- Ben and crew who worked in my very cramped attic (you cannot stand up) for over five hours to install my new gas heating system
Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, I highly recommend Blue Bear Plumbing.

Eric and Chris were nice enough. They confirmed what work they would be doing and explained how they’d do it before starting.
They were professional, communicative, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I knew how to use the equipment and related software.

Finding myself less and less pleased with their work.
When installing the condensate pump, they forgot to remove the piece of cardboard keeping the switch from activating and I found a bit of a puddle the day after they installed it. Thought I’d let that go as a simple mistake, until I needed other things done and found local tradespeople.
They pointed out things including that the piping they did around the water inlet and filter is unnecessarily convoluted and is incorrectly connected to another system.

Blue Bear was fact, efficient and friendly. They did a great job hooking up a washer and dryer and replacing piping.

Peter did an excellent job and was very professional. He explained everything to us. Great job!
