Jon Beasley was friendly, very pleasant, and professional. He saved us a lot of money and was very informative about what exactly he was doing, and how much it would cost. Jon gave us options and his professional opinion on which might fit us best. He worked quickly, and thoroughly, and even took the care to cover his boots before walking in our home. We're so glad we went with Blue Bear! The last company we called was going to charge us three times as much! Thank you, we are looking forward to keeping our HVAC needs in the paws of Blue Bear.

Blue Bear was awesome to work with - we had to have an emergency water heater replacement and they were able to come within 24hrs. We received multiple options with pricing and were able to pick a solution that worked best for our needs. Nice install and great clean up afterwards.

Had them back out again to install an outdoor shower Again, on time, great communication, completed the installation exactly the way we wanted it and at the exact price quoted. Fantastic job!

So happy I found this company. Everyone from the people who answer the phone, the sales people, the installers and to Peter who came out to make sure my AC was ready to go this summer! They all make my day quite bearable!

Josh was awesome!! I had called blue bear out to hook up my whole home generator to our natural gas. Josh came and went over multiple options with me and thoroughly explained what it was going to take to get it done!! I agreed on an option and he did the work same day!!!

Blue Bear did a terrific job installing my central air in my home and ductless mini splits in my guest unit. They were very professional and got the job done in two days and it was a big job! 😊 glad I have a long warranty with their products. I would absolutely consider this company over others.

Peter arrived easily within the anticipated time frame. After reviewing the job to be done, he was clear on what the costs would be and how long the work would take.

Additionally, Peter provided proposals and costs for further actions we might take to protect our AC unit, and minimize the possibility of mold appearing inside the BTU head fans in our units.

Ok first of all the project manager was a jerk! However blue bear price is DOUBLE plus every other quote in the area because he said they are union and have to pay their employees! They send out a coupon for $500 off a Furnance but it covers nothing! Total scam total ridiculous to pay double for a Furnance and this project manager laughed and he said well we get people to
Pay it! Are you kidding me! I feel
Sorry for the people that pay double and are taken advance of! One of the top Furnance companies in the area charges half of that! Do you homework and do not pay double for nothing! Totally ridiculous! Was in and out if my house in 5 minutes! I have nothing positive or good to say about this shameful company! Shane on you for sending out a coupon! Total scam!!!!!

Blue Bear performed an update on our water heater. Before the technician came, we received a text specifically letting us know when he would arrive. The technician, Thomas was very courteous, professional and explained in detail any work that was performed. He was very thorough and took photos of the water heater for the files. We asked him about a possible discount and he called right after he left about the possibility AND then Blue Bear called us directly to facilitate the process. That is how a business should be run!! I am so impressed with this company!!

Our HVAC system has been giving us trouble for a while, and when our monthly bills started to get out of control we knew it was time to enlist a professional. We’ve used other south shore companies at past homes, but decided to go with Blue Bear after receiving a glowing recommendation. I couldn’t be happier with the experience- the customer service and scheduling was seamless, the technician Tom was friendly, timely, efficient, effective and took the time to explain our system and make recommendations so we could identify problems faster in the future. Everything has been running so much smoother since. Highly recommend.

Blue Bear was great from the beginning. We had them come out for a quote to replace our old AC unit. They helped us select a Heat Pump system and walked us through the MassSave options. Easy to understand and they moved quickly. They were here the next business day and The Install technicians were professional, courteous and didn’t leave until the job was done. Job site was literally cleaner than when they started. Bill Maroney was responsive and easily explained the system. We are very happy with how everything works and looks so far.
