We have used Blue Bear twice. First was to repair a hole in a water heater pipe and they repaired our shutoff valve for free. Second time we had a lot of water backing up.... called Saturday, got them out Monday (our choice to wait but they came first thing Monday). Charlie came out and tried the less intensive options first. Price seemed reasonable, he was very knowledgeable, everyone is kind and professional. We found them due to their positive reviews. You won't regret it!

Justin and Bill replaced our HVAC and did a great job. They were super efficient, very friendly, and answered all of our questions.

As a company philosophy, they believe in the big picture. Your water gets tested with immediate results. And with your permission, an inspection is conducted indoors & out, of incoming/outgoing water works, at no additional cost.
I personally worked with Chad Conway-Bull (someone raised him right) and his very funny assistant. They saw a couple things that would need to be addressed at some point; nothing emergent. When ready, I’m to give a call & he’ll put some estimates together.
Better to be fully informed & financially prepared ahead of time than to face an emergency & unforeseen cost.

Chad was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating! He was on time and very personable. He did an amazing job replacing our toilet, faucets, and sink! I would recommend and use Blue Bear again! Very pleased with the people and parts/services. All around awesome experience.

I am a new customer that just moved into a new house and had Blue bear come in and get a quote for some sump pump backup batteries and fix a shower. Scott Valliant was excellent and explained everything well and was very helpful on my needs and offered me several different quotes on my needs and wants. He found a good deal for me and was able to repair the shower today. He was very personal and a great attitude torwards his company and his customers. Also the communication between the office and myself was very good, texting me letting me know he was on his way. Overall I was very happy with the whole experience.

We first became aware of Blue Bear through their active advertising campaign on The Sports Hub (98.5). When it was time to replace a long malfunctioning A/C unit on the Cape, we decided to give BB a try.

The online scheduling experience was smooth, and easy. I was able to use the "live chat function" to answer each of the relevant preliminary questions, confirm that we were in the company's service area, and start the process for receiving a bid.

Ben Fee was the first technician to come to our home, and he excellent. Prior to arrival, we received a text message that he was on his way, with a photo and brief bio. Ben was on time, thoughtful, polite, kind, and succinctly provided us with three options for our new system. He clearly explained the difference in pricing options between the three systems, made recommendations related to some of the unique characteristics of our older home, and made sure we were comfortable that the system would be appropriately scaled in the event that we were to expand livable space in the home.

Amazingly, all of the necessary system parts were in stock, and we were able to schedule an install in less than 36 hours!!!!

Frank Crowley was our technician that completed the actual install. Frank and the rest of the team very capably maintained the standard that Ben set earlier in the week!! Thoughtful, good natured, kind, patient with our questions. By that evening, we had a perfectly functioning new A/C system, and our Golden Retriever was happily lying under one of the vents enjoying to cool breeze.

Blue Bear will be installing a new boiler for us later in the year, and we are thrilled to have found the company. We're confident that they will be our provider for heating and plumbing solutions for years to come.
