Mike the technician they sent out was awesome. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Had no problems with me being there and watching him work and even talk to me through everything he was doing. I will definitely call these guys back and would recommend them to anybody.

Very professional and friendly but… I thought that the prices quoted to me were outrageously high! I’m sure they do quality work but I will never use them at these rates. I wasted $100 which is their fee just to come look at the job and give a quote. That was the first red flag as other companies charge half that price which is still ridiculous. You can spend hundreds of dollars just trying to get competitive bids thus wiping out any potential savings.

Joe came in to service my furnace and get me back online. He is an outstanding technician, and (more importantly) an outright gentleman. He had a smile on his face; he was methodical and deliberate in his approach; he was detail oriented and careful and measured. Seeing him at work felt to me like he was servicing the furnace in his own home. And he had a smile on his face all the time. He was personable and approachable. Need I say more! Best of the best. And I have that to say about every person at Landry Mechanical that I talked with over the phone (5 people, because I had an emergency call; they were all cheerful, compassionate and caring) or met (2 technicians - Joe and Kyle). God bless! If I could give 10 stars here, I would. This is huge coming from me, because I rarely ever write reviews unless they are out of the world good or god awful and outright abominable.

Had another leak in our 4 year old HTP tankless water heater. Nick came back a second time and found that another part is needed. The part was ordered and will be here next week. Also had him flush the unit. Very happy with his knowledge and professional approach.

Tyler was fantastic, showed me what he was going to do, what needed to be done.... and what should/ could be done in the future to save some money down the road. Very impressed! Super nice kid, very polite, Work area was immaculate when he was done as well... thank you Tyler!!!
Highly recommend these guys, my 2nd stint with them and am very happy with their work and clean up.

I have a very old furnace and was looking to replace it, so I got a consultation from Ryan who was great and explained the options, and sent over a very clear proposal. The next day the furnace was on the fritz, so I called again and Tyler came right over the next day to check it out. At that point it seemed to be working, but he took his time to try and replicate the problem so he could fix it. There were some other issues with the (again, VERY old) furnace, so he explained our options at that point and also did his best to expedite some short term solutions for us. Both very friendly, professional staff, and also the woman I spoke with on the phone (x2), whose name is escaping me now but she deserves a shout out as well.

I spent a month getting the runaround from other plumbing companies to repair a leak on my oil tank valve. I spoke with Landry on Friday and they scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. Joe was very professional and was able to get the leak fixed in no time at all. Landry will definitely be my first call for any issues in the future!

To be honest, I am extremely disappointed in my experience. I paid $275 to have my dishwasher fixed and it is still broken. I have had good experiences with you company in the past, but this past experience has been a complete waste of time and money.

We needed emergency heating service on a Friday on a freezing weekend. They were able to send out someone (Tyler, he was amazing) within 30 minutes of the call, Tyler was here and knew what to do. He went above and beyond with his professionalism, and I will absolutely be using them for any future needs.

Dennis and Dan were fantastic. They were both polite and explained everything to me. I had several questions. They knew I was in a pinch to get the work done and they were able to get it done ASAP for me. I’m very appreciative. I will definitely use Landry again.
