We hired Landry Mechanical to convert our A/C and oil heating system to electric air sourced heat pumps with propane furnace backup. They installed a combination of Bosch Heat Pumps with Trane Propane furnace. I did a bunch of research and reached out to multiple companies looking for quotes. I was really impressed with this company from the beginning. The sales representative, Tim Lussier I found to be really knowledgeable. What I really liked about him is that he listened to what we wanted to accomplish and didn't simply tell us what he thought we needed. I appreciated the time he took to explain what went into sizing the system and the selection of components. The quote was very detailed and the price was very competitive with the others. I researched the Bosch Heat Pumps and Trane furnace and I was happy with the selection. The customer service team is amazing! They send you texts on a regular basis reminding you of when their personnel would arrive, who was coming, and what time they expect to arrive. Then you get a text when they are one their way. The installation took 3 days because it is two systems. The team was wonderful. Ryan, Dave, Scott, and Kyle did a great job. They clearly knew what they were doing. They were very kind to patiently answer all my questions. I had a lot of them. After the initial install we noticed on day 1 that the system was noisier than the previous system. When the technician, Jason, came back to do the final configuration, he immediately identified the problem and suggested swapping out some return vents with a different style. That solved the problem completely. The heat pumps have been operating now through 2 months of cooling and I am very pleased. The house is very comfortable and the system is very quite. I look forward to seeing how the heating season works out. I recommend this company.

Landry completed a project where they converted my oil burner heat and hot water system to heat pump and electric water heat installation. In one week they had a team of people come in to remove oil tank and furnace, install the mini-splits, and the water heater. Extremely efficient and we did in winter time and I lost heat and hot water for maybe 4 hours. Everything was organized and completed on time and on schedule. Sammy was excellent and made sure all the line out were well covered and the mini-splits were placed in areas where they were less noticing. Landry worked with mass save to get me the rebates and the salesman Tim was very helpful answered a lot of questions. Prices were very competitive I had several quotes and the mini-splits were less expensive but Landry was the only one that could remove the tank , install heat pump and water heater. They exceeded my expectations and was very smooth transition. Repaired the hole where the boiler exhaust was and ensured any openings to the outside was sealed. They left a small area of drywall opening but that is typical of most plumbers. The opening was in the garage to access the plumbing and they covered with wood.

If I could give more stars I would! Our central air stopped working and temps were in the high 80s all week. We called several places and no one had availability until the end of the month. I decided to call one last place, and I am so glad that I did. Landry's customer service was amazing! The women we spoke to was so nice and helpful. They were able to send someone out the same day. Taylor was great, on time, polite, and fixed the problem without issue. We will be using them in the future and highly recommend them!

I was very fortunate today to have Devon, from Landry Mechanical, at my house to diagnose my HVAC issues. Devon was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He provided clear answers to my questions and multiple solution options/cost estimates for repairs and upgrades. He worked out a plan for obtaining repair parts and installation when they're received and also was able to provide an interim solution to get my AC working immediately. I would highly recommend using Landry Mechanical. I recently had an issue with my AC and they were able to come out quickly. I called on Friday afternoon and they were able to come out on Monday morning. The maintenance tech was friendly, personable, and seemed knowledgeable. He was able to explain the problem well, gave me multiple options on address the issue and resolved it quickly.

AC blower went down, Landry was phenomenal in coming out (was cool enough we did wait for end of weekend), diagnosed the problem and provided options. They ordered the parts and in a couple days called to let us know parts was actually covered by warranty! Came out and fixed it that Friday. Great communication, great service, great people! Very happy Google shared them.

Upon turning HVAC system on this Spring (3d cooling season since installed) the temp of air coming out of any zone was warm. Called Landry as original Installer said they couldn’t support tech for about one month. Landry dispatched Mike Holmes to my house second day. Mike arrived on time. He was personable and demonstrated a high expertise with my system and configuration and components even having never seen my equipment previously. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and went over his write up and estimate of further repairs necessary in detail. He assisted while at my home in setting a follow-up appointment. Likely will be using Landry going forward for my HVAC needs.

Follow-up review. Mike returned and diagnosed a line set leak and loss of refrigerant. Joe and Joey followed up two days later and performed repairs and leak check, added refrigerant, and insured the entire system was operating properly. Very pleased with everything everyone from Landry did in an expedited timeframe.

Our Landry Technician, Devon was prompt, courteous and very professional. He provided us with a thorough diagnosis, explained our options clearly and helped us to determine next steps. He is clearly competent and knowledgeable and left us feeling confident in his work. I would highly recommend Landry and will be consulting them for future HVAC service.

I called Landry to perform maintenance on our HVAC system and central air unit. Tyler is an extremely knowledgeable, communicative, straightforward, and personable technician. Since this was the first time we ever had maintenance done in almost 6 years, Tyler discovered some additional needs for our system. He explained what he was recommending, and why, and was extremely patient while I asked many many questions and weighed the pros and cons with him. I can’t say enough about Tyler and his professionalism. You can’t go wrong with Landry Mechanical!

Landry installed a heat pump and mini splits this week and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. From start to finish, communication was excellent. We worked closely with two guys, both named Tim L. Our first Tim was personable, helpful, and responsive as he educated us about our options and prepared a quote. Our second Tim, the lead of our install team, was not only super friendly and nice to have around, he was also incredibly skillful and thorough in his work. He was a great problem solver when our old home created some unforeseen challenges and he was also very detail-oriented. I felt like I was in great hands for our first major house project. All of the guys working here were really nice and thoughtful - it was a great team and experience overall. Thank you Tim, Ryan, etc. and thank you Landry!
