Landry Mechanical was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. In early May, a Landry representative came to my home to give me an estimate for an oil to natural gas conversion. The consultant, Tim Lussier, was organized, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He was a solid professional. He explained all aspects of the conversion process, and even helped me navigate the necessary protocols with Mass Save and National Grid.
I'd researched other companies and had two other estimates before making the decision to go with Landry. I was so impressed with the detailed Plumbing-HVAC-Electric Proposal and estimate, that I signed with Landry that same day.
All through the process, the office manager, Katie Lussier, fielded ALL of my concerns and questions. She is a kind, efficient, and patient individual who helped every step of the way - which often included calming my fears about coordinating National Grid and Town inspections. Katie handled all of that!
My install was just completed yesterday. It was a two day project, and three days before the project began, Landry delivered my new Bradford White, Brute Combi Boiler and countless toolboxes and pipes and tools; everything necessary was stored in my garage.
During the install, the TEAM of technicians worked seamlessly together. They were very impressive! At one point I had a fleet of Landry trucks at my home. ALL of the technicians were courteous professionals! Shout out to Jason and Dean! They had a polite manner with me and with the various inspectors. It was obvious this Landry team knew what they were doing, and that made me feel confident in the product I was getting and at their skill in putting it all together.

Landry is unprofessional and overcharge, dissapointed in how they as professionals totally misdiagnosed my issue, when I had no heat on a 1 year old gas boiler on Christmas eve. Because of their poor diagnosis to begin with , which would have been an easy fix of checking my thermostat in the house, which was very old and needed replacing. Each tech cost me over 350 dollars with no clear answer what was wrong with my boiler. They proceeded to order expensive parts for a new machine and put a hold on my card for 600 dollars. It took weeks for them to come back, and many follow up calls on my part and a broken boiler through out the beginning of January. In the end It cost me 1,400 dollars, including 600 dollars for a part that I never had installed.
A thermostat replacement is only 150 with labor around 300 dollars.

Since my horrible experience with Landry techs and customer service. I had another company come and replace the the thermostat to tmy othe other gas boiler,in the house, and clean both for under 500 . Look at the better business reviews on this company. Save your time, energy and money , do not use this company.

I feel I wasted $100 just to have the guy come out and lie to me about my hot water heater. I told him that the thermostat needed to be replaced. He wanted to sell me a brand new tank. Like most people, I live paycheck to paycheck and just had a lot of other expensive things I needed to have fixed. I don't have $2500 to replace a hot water heater that is only 6 years old and only needs a new thermostat. I inspected my system. My tank is fine. I just need the heating element to function. I am disappointed that instead of getting my system repaired the go to was to replace. I guess they like filling up junk yards with perfectly fine tanks. I will never use this plumber again. I wish I could get my money back so I can hire someone else.

New service review for my light fixture install. I’m a repeat customer and call Landry for all plumbing, electric, HVAC. I recently called for an estimate to install a new light fixture in my dining room. Ryan said he could do it right then, and I was thrilled! Total install time was less than an hour. The new lighting looks beautiful and I will always call Landry first for anything my home needs.

I highly recommend Dennis at Landry Mechanical. I purchased a new home and needed several things done, from new garbage disposal and toilet installation, to repairing the water line leading to the refrigerator. Dennis took care of everything, and did it all in one day, so I didn’t have to spread the work over several days. I’m very happy with the end results and plan to use Landry again for additional home repairs!

Thank you ! I'm so impressed with the installation that Joe and Mike did for us. They were spot on time, planned their work ,then worked the plan. They are so efficient. They removed the old system, coordinated the disposal. Then got to work installing the new furnace and left everything nice and clean.

After no success at three different HVAC service providers, this team was able to diagnose and resolve the issues with my unit. They were also happy to talk me through what the issue was and helped me understand how the unit landed in disservice before their arrival. They were quick to diagnose the issues and thorough in the service provided.

Landry mechanical was great from start to finish. Gave me the lowest quote from 5 companies and far exceeded expectations. Had them install a new heat pump/ac system and ductwork and also a heat pump hot water heater. I did my research and they quoted me with all top of the line equipment. They were responsive and informative and the workers were respectful and cleaned up well when the job was finished. Extremely happy I chose them to do such a major project

Brian and George installed my water heater, fixed my shower and installed a pressure regulator in my house. They were on time and fast with their work. This was a lot to do in one day but they did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the results.
