Starting with Tammy, to Dennis the plumber and Dan his assistant I can not say enough good about this company or its employees! Tammy was extremely helpful in getting me lined up with a crew at the absolute last minute today. Then from the time Dan and Dennis got there until they left they were nothing short of amazing. They quickly identified the problem, repaired it and then assessed all other aspects of the plumbing in all three units and the basement. I will never use another plumber again, I manage several multi family units in MA, I plan to utilize their expert service every time. Thank you all!

After purchasing a home, I was looking for various trade companies to handle my home needs. I came across Landry Mechanical, who cover everything from Plumbing to HVAC to Electrical all in one place! Their staff has been great, they always answer the phone and are super friendly, and they’re able to schedule any work with ease!

As for my work done, they sent Tyler for a boiler inspection. He was prompt and professional. He performed the work quickly, and provided me with no-pressure options for future work to be done, with estimates right on the spot!

Engaged with Landry to replace our 40-year-old boiler with a modern high-efficiency unit. Every technician/installer involved was on-time, knowledgeable, quality-oriented, and happy to answer questions.

Only one complaint: we were initially told that our existing chimney could not be used with the new boiler, requiring instead a PVC pipe in the front of our home that blew hot acidic exhaust into our landscaping. A Landry technician later revealed the availability of a chimney vent kit, which after installation left us completely satisfied with the results.

I was really nervous when I started the journey to replace my furnaces. There were so many options and such a difference in price between contractors that I was really stressed and confused. That's when I came across the Landry mechanical team. Ryan came in and educated me on all the different options that I had to replace my furnace. He was patient, answered all my questions and stepped through the quotes multiple times with me to make sure that I understood everything. Leading up to, and doing the install of the furnaces, Scott and his team were courteous, always on time, and treated my house with respect. He made sure I understood all the work that was happening each day, so I was never in the dark. They were clean, quick, and knowledgeable. Nicole at the front office was very responsive to all my questions and helped me not only with the rebate process but the inspections as well. She is kind, energetic, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Landry mechanical to anybody that is replacing their furnace.

Landry Mechanical sales, customer service, technicians, have all exceeded my expectations. The technicians, Adrian and Scott were excellent. They were not only professional and knowledgeable but quite personable. Tim Lussier was the most responsive sales representative I have encountered. Nicole and all others at Landry have been patient, helpful, and have always answered all of my questions. Very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I called them on a Saturday and got a technician to come out the next day, on a Sunday. The technician was very nice a knew a lot about my hvac system. He had a lot of cool tools that synched to his phone.

Nick from Landry Mechwnical was excellent. He came out same day for an emergency with the shower (water down through the floor etc) and was able to help find the problem and offer different options. Was able to book quickly within a week to finish the job. Very professional. Patient and explained everything well, answer all of my (probably annoying) questions. Will definitely call again!

I used Landry Mechanical to repair/replace my hot water heater. My technician was Ryder and he was great. I had a few questions and he was able to answer them very thoroughly. I was given 6 different quotes for repairs and for new water tanks. I was interested in a tankless option that would have cost $7k+ and Ryder gave me his honest opinion and said he thought that wasn’t the best bang for my buck in my situation and recommended I replace my tank with the same size I previously had. I really do appreciate that he didn’t try and upsell me unnecessarily even when I had interest in doing so. A+++ and will definitely be using this company again in the future.
