Landry Mechanical are very meticulous at their job. Most importantly they have customer service 24/7 which makes it so easier and convenient for a homeowner. Thank you Kyle for taking your time to explain all available options to me in regards of Navien boiler. Also Thank you Mike for your time spent on this unit. Will definitely use them in the future.

First, I’ll say the service tech was fantastic. He helped me out a ton, and explained his service performed. I will say, there were a few snafus with the scheduling and timing of the service runs, but that’s minor compared to the professionalism of the service tech I had.

Paul was an absolute professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I had an emergency water heater pump leak which was quickly responded to, assessed, and fixed. Then he went above and beyond to look at my toilet that had issues and fixed that as well.

Within 3 hours after my call to Landry's Mechanical stating that my heating system had failed to operate, they arrived at my house for diagnosis and repair of the problem. Very courteous and professional in explaining the problem and giving me multiple options in regards to solutions to fix the problem. Would highly recommend this company .

I used Landry for the first time to do a furnace service. They brought to my attention the furnace was producing high levels of CO and that it’s time to replace as age warranted. The staff at Landry was always professional, informative and eager to assist with any questions on the new furnace. They provided 3 options for an upgrade and explained each option thoroughly. They provided financing options as well that made the process pain free. I’d recommend Landry in a heartbeat! Great job guys! Well done by all involved!

The technician came the same day, after rearranging his schedule. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided me with a few options. He will be coming back and finishing the job as soon as possible. In the meantime, he gave me a couple of tips in case I have issues before he’s able to come back with the necessary parts.

Had a malfunction AC unit on a hot day, called these guys and they sent someone out on the same day! Fixed our unit and were super friendly and professional, Samy was one of the technicians and forgive my spelling, but I believe Davon, (so sorry and I know he told me his name) They gave me 3 options on fixing the unit, I accepted the least expensive for now but will consider the other options to prevent this AC unit from clitching out any time soon.
