Paul was very professional and is easy to work with. He did a great job installing the line for my refrigerator water/ice system. He’s a great member of the Landry team.

The Landry team spent a couple of hours at our condo evaluating the project of converting our hybrid electric 50 gal. hot water heater to a natural gas 75 gal. unit. They involved us in several discussions regarding the conversion and answered all of our questions. It was a very detailed and thoughtful analysis of our situation all done in a friendly and professional manner.

Landry was extremely communicative and professional. Their workmanship was excellent and this slightly negative review has nothing to do with the quality of work. However their quote system and pricing is outrageous. They charged my family $950 to change 3 simple values. It took their two plumbers 15minutes to complete the inflated quote. Shame on me for accepting this. If you plan on using Landry make sure to line up multiple quotes because they cannot be trusted to deliver a fair price through their quote system.

Paul was our tech. He did a fantastic job, courteous, quick, all around great job. Would recommend Landry and Paul easily to anyone.

Absolutely would recommend Landry. From the first call to schedule an appointment (during a very busy arctic blast where I’m sure they were slammed) all the way through to the actual repair.
Mike was timely, friendly and patient. He actually took the time to show me the problem and explain what and why it was occurring. He explained the costs upfront and they were not surged.
I also asked for additional help with a different issue while he was onsite and he made sure the team knew I would need a repeat visit (so I didn’t have to call again myself).
Just very efficient and helpful.
Much better than Peterson or the other larger companies.

I woke up this morning to a leaking hot water heater. Called the office and they scheduled an appointment right away. Adrian arrived and got right to work. A couple of hours later, the new water heater is in place.
