I’ve gone to several HVAC companies in the Worcester areas. The big and the small. Landry is by far the best out there. I had both my heating system and hot water tank replaced with them. They came in with a full team and got the job done flawlessly. Any small issue I have they come right away, always accommodating my schedule. Again they are the BEST in the area. Don’t play yourself with other companies.

The heat in my Mother's home had cut out (mainly due to a busted induction motor)

I called Landry's, and Jay was kind enough to shuffle the schedule around and send someone out.

Chris arrived later that day. He showed us exactly what was going on and what the options were to have it repaired, all the while being extremely courteous and taking the time to make sure my Mother understood everything.

The second the new motor came in, I received a call telling me that Chris was on his way.
(Just in the nick of time, too! with a historic cold snap coming this weekend.)

The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and I couldn't be happier.

The last thing any of us needs is to worry about our parents being in a frigid home.

john and crew were very clean and installed our large mini split system in 3 days. They solved several challenges with our old house and exceeded our expenses. It was not cheap but the Landrys office was helpful in expediting the Mass Saves loan and their com mimic toon was excellent. We got a text reminder the week before the project started and an other be letting us know the crew was on its way The morning of the project.

New heating system. Both Scott and Dan are Great! Very respectable, professional, polite. Had the system up and running in 2 days as stated. Offered us extra heaters if we needed them...we were good as we also use pellet stoves. Gave us heads up if something was being shut off or excessive noise/normal construction noise. When and where things were going to happen. Before leaving, they gave us an overview of the new system...turn ons/offs, intakes and out puts, how to turn temperatures up and down. Excellent explanations throughout.

Landry Mechanical was very responsive right from the start. As a new customer we were pleasantly surprised at how they communicated and made us feel like old friends! The communication throughout the whole process of a proposal through installation of our new heating and air conditioning unit and new hot water system was very clear and upfront. The workers doing the installation were very informative at each step of the way and they did it all in the 3 days they stated it would. They even made sure we had heat each day so we didn't freeze. I highly recommend Landry Mechanical and look forward to continued service in the years to come.

AJ and George were awesome! Professional, on time, clean and got my hot water and heat back up in running in just a few hours. AJ also took the time to explain what was done and made recommendations for future services / things I should be aware of. This is my third time using Landry for heating and plumbing services and each time they’ve been great!

Colin was great. my system hadn't had regular maintenance since install so it was due to have components needing attention.
He completed it fast and cleanly and was professional about it all.

The plumber Ryder was very polite, professional, friendly and did an outstanding job of installing bathroom faucets and shower head. Also repaired leaking outside faucet. Landry employees are the best!

Great service! Adrian and Scott installed a new hot water tank in a very reasonable amount of time. Very reasonable price for tank and installation. They got all the proper permits with the town beforehand and were both very helpful in teaching me about their SSP Service partner plan which I will be signing up for right after the holidays! My hot water has never been better! Would recommend this company to family and friends!
