I called on a Tuesday for a quote for a hot water heater replacement and it was replaced before noon on Thursday. Needless to say, response time was extremely satisfactory. Communication was excellent. The service techs that came to the house were knowledgable, courteous, and excellent tk deal with. I would recommend Landry. They will be my go to for all my plumbing needs going forward.

The entire process of have the repair performed was seamless. From scheduling the appointment online with the ability to describe the problem and receiving phone call updates the morning of the appointment was great. Devon quickly diagnosed the problem, presented options and implemented the repair to get the system fully operational. Devon is professional, personal and is a master in his technical trade!

Landry provided excellent service while installing our heat pump and new furnace. They were meticulous about cleaning up the basement and removing all the old equipment being careful not to damage the walls
Jason and his crew are knowledgeable and thoughtful insuring we had portable heaters to keep warm the one night we were without a furnace. They answered all our questions and gave us clear demonstrations about how to use the new equipment.
They were polite and kind to our dog being mindful of him when opening and closing the doors.
We are very impressed with the level of service Landry provided to us. Thank you. We recommend Landry without reservation! And we are nice and warm too!

A frozen pipe resulted in a flooded house. When other services said they were too busy with other customers to respond, Landry sent someone out the same day. The technician Scott was awesome! He found and fixed the leak and explained options to prevent future problems. Both the office and Scott were clear on pricing for the job. This is a great company and a great technician. The only drawback was communication when off site. Dennis had to come back to install a part he ordered and we didn't hear back from him or the office for 2 weeks we had to call them back. But we really like this company and would recommend them and will use them, if needed, in the future.

If you are wealthy enough to afford paying ~1000 bucks an hour for labor, then choose Landry. Got charged ~550 dollars for a tech to replace a Hy-Vent (does not cost more than 100 bucks). He did not spend more than 15 minutes replacing this. Absolutely ridiculous.
