Landry receives great reviews for their services and I have no reason to doubt their expertise. I made an initial call and would prefer to not be asked for my credit card number over the tel. I would prefer Landry come to my house and ask for my card at the time of service. They did do well in telling me upfront what the cost would be for coming out to my house. I just wish not to be asked for my credit card number before service for credit safety reasons.

This was my first time using Laverty, and it was a good experience. I needed my central air unit replaced. The options were clearly explained. On the day of the appointment, the crew showed up on schedule and worked diligently to complete the job. All the techs involved were prompt, polite, and professional.

Our water heater broke and Dennis and crew came only a couple of hours after we called. They replaced our water heater, replaced plumbing and installed a water filtration system for us. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. The final product was superbly done and they took the time to explain what to look for and how it all worked. While not cheap, I am very pleased with the final product and highly recommend these guys!

Landry has been a great company to work with at all stages of the installation process. Everyone was very friendly, and competent even outside of the needs of their job role, and Landry even makes financing with MassSave relatively easy.

Tim prepared a very thorough estimate, explained everything in detail, and helped me figure out the best system for the home.

Joe and Joey performed the installation faster than scheduled, were very friendly, and got along great with the kids. They explained heat pump operation well, and even pointed out some other things in the house that I'll need to pay more attention to going forward.

Nicole was very prepared to help me walk through the MassSave loan process, explained the various steps of the process and what depended on what, and waited until I understood everything and had everything in hand before scheduling installation so there wasn't any pressure to get things done on an arbitrary schedule.

Landry also offers a specific loan program to account for the MassSave rebate, so that that doesn't need to be paid out of pocket.

I needed a water supply connected to a refrigerator. The estimate they gave me was more than 1300.00 dollars. The second estimate was for more than 950 dollars. Needless to say I declined both estimates. After the technician left my home I attempted to connect the water supply myself. I had a Phillips head screwdriver and a pair of vice grips and no experience. I completed the task in less than 45 minutes and it only cost me 25 dollars for the required parts. I would not recommend this company anyone. I found this business on Angie's list. Beware to all.

Completed the installation of my new AC unit in one day and did a great job 👍🏻

We had Landry Mechanical install four ductless mini splits on our main level and a ducted mini split for our second floor. From the very beginning of the estimate process through the installation they whole team was great. Ryan, the comfort specialist, sat down with us and explained the entire system in detail and help make adjustments as needed to fit what we where looking for.

Sammy and his team doing the install where awesome. They got the job done efficiently and made sure to keep our house and their work space nice and clean. They where great about being mindful of my wife as she worked from home and didn’t mind when our dog wanted to get some pets.

We would definitely recommend Landry to anyone looking to do a HVAC project!
