This was a Mass Save inspection. Dan was on time and incredibly professional. He spent about two hours at the house going through everything. During his inspection he found several things that were missed the last time this inspection was done (approx five years ago). I cannot recommend him more - he was great!

Updates on thermostats, excellent energy assessment, no cost power strips, indoor and outdoor inspections, made recommendations, and much more. Adam did a great job. Looking forward to getting the rest of the work recommended.

Trevor came by to provide an energy assessment. He was kind, on time, and very personable (and I since I'm new to the area he generously offered some local recommendations). At the conclusion of the visit I felt like I was more knowledgeable about my options to save money and have a more energy efficient home. I have a followup visit scheduled with one of his colleagues to pursue one of the energy savings options he presented.

I got a home assessment through Mass Save and they sent out a guy named Joseph Sorenson. He was professional insanely nice and helpful and he even installed a new thermostat free of charge since the one I had was maybe from the early 2000s. He also gave me some power strips and a new shower head. I'm impressed because not only was this an assessment, he actually improved my home during the assessment. Really great experience and really enjoyed talking with Joseph.

I would highly recommend using Home Work’s energy to complete any work that they are offering for your home. We had insulation installed throughout the exterior of our home, along with the attic, garage with sheet rock installed, boiler room exterior walls that needed insulation desperately and a storage area under our family room. The three men crew the perform the work were not only on time, but early and dedicated basically the entire day to this work. They were polite, informative in a way I could understand, and cleaned up any areas that they needed to before leaving. Everyone should take advantage of the Homeworks Energy Program under Mass Save, to not take advantage is only cheating yourself.

Eric was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He helped us in many ways to try to reduce our monthly house costs. 10/10 & would highly recommend Eric!

Brian D came by for our home assessment. He was very patient while I asked questions, knowledgeable about the assessment and our options, and was able to find out about the insulation (or lack thereof) in our home. I had a great experience working with him and so far the rest of the team has been helpful as well. I’d recommend checking in with them if you’re in the market

Eric did a awesome job. He checked the insulation , changed our old thermostat to new digital one . We have a nice conversation about soccer also. We very happy for his visit today.

Daniel S. was wonderful - he taught us a ton about our house, offered meaningful recommendations for increasing our efficiency, AND pointed us to initiatives that will help us cover the cost of these smart upgrades. Grateful and highly recommend!

This review is strictly in regards to my mass save insulation project.

To start the field manager Brian was awesome at keeping me informed and what was being done next.

However, the crew working on the insulation overall was mediocre. They were a bit late but that didn't bother me as I was working from home. This may not be the case for everyone. I loved that the 2 crew members told me they were both not vaccinated and will keep their masks on. The wasn't the case for 1 guy who kept taking his mask off majority of the time ( I have an infant In the house). As they finished the job it was clear they did a bad job cleaning. I give them effort for trying but I had to do a full sweep.

The worst part for me was that they left dried insulation on the floor, which was super hard to clean. It was easily accessible by my infant child so my wife franticallycleaned with all sorts of ways found on YouTube. But here's pictures of it all over my washing machine. 😭😭😭
