Update- after leaving this review, they did reach out and update our form and emailed it over. This was greatly appreciated, I just wish I didn't have to leave a negative review first to get a response.

Nico was wonderful on our initial assessment for MassSave, but put down we had double pane windows. We don't. We tried to get them back out to reassess but after a month of calling/emailing and no return calls, I have to provide a poor rating.

HomeWorks came to my home to conduct an energy audit. Meagan was knowledgeable and best of all, she explained things in a way that I could understand! A new energy efficient showerhead was installed on the same day and I was given surge protection cords for my computer and television to save about $50 this year - at no cost to me at all!
It was a very comprehensive assessment and done very professionally! They will return to install insulation so my home will be more energy efficient - all at a fraction of the cost that I would pay if using a local contractor. If you haven't contacted them for an audit, I highly recommend it!

Daniel did a great job! He informed us of a few issues we had to address that we were not informed about in our previous assesment a few years ago.

We got to know Eric and Dervon over the months as we had a lot of maintenance to do. They were great communicators and hard workers, and stuck with this job that turned out to be more complex and troublesome than any of us had anticipated.

This was an excellent service. We learned so much about the building and how homes work. Definitely excited to save money and be more comfortable after our consult with James!
