Had a home energy audit with Mass Save & Trevor was amazing! So thorough & answered everyone one of my questions. Explained everything in detail & why he was recommending the upgrades. Trevor even took off his snowy boots so he didn’t track the rain & snow throughout my house. I’m extremely happy & highly recommend Trevor & Mass Save!

HomeWorks was great from beginning to end. After meeting with them, I felt confident that my new system would be installed properly. I had many questions, and there was always A REAL PERSON on the phone to guide me through their process, and what to expect. Afterwards (and after I paid) HomeWorks remained attentive to my questions, and even initiated making a service call the following year. I highly recommend this company without any reservations.

I want to take a minute to give Victor Moreno, Weily Tavarez, and Roberto Gomez the recognition they deserve. This crew did an amazing job insulating my house. A special shout out to Victor, who went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished that day and everything was cleaned up, leaving no mess behind. Victor did a great job communicating with me and answered all my questions. He didn't seem taken back at all and didn't make me feel like I was a bother.

James came for a home energy assessment and was great to work with. Explained everything clearly, was very efficient in measuring everything and making recommendations. Would highly recommend; they were able to come on relatively short notice as well which was perfect.

i had made an appointment, waited for them to come in for a evaluation of my house at 9 am. 945 comes and no one showed up. I decided to call them, they said sorry we cant make it today, I rescheduled appointment and again they did not show up!!!!! i called office an they told me that i was not eligible for the assessment as i had it done years ago. i had changed my schedule just for them to come , not even a courtesy call they were just not going to show up!!!!! i then said can you send some one to asssess my old furnace and ac unit. Naturally a big money job they send some one right away, i found their quote to be extremely high, shop around!!!!!!!!!!!

The assessment was insightful and we were provided with very affordable options to make our house better insulated. The representative was knowledgeable and patient answering all our questions.

Had the home assessed for split ac units. Joseph was informative and great with my dog. Quick and easy! Great job! Highly recommend.

HomeWorks Energy did fantastic work on our home. They came out as part of the MassSave program and gave us an on-time price quote to have insulation blown in to the walls of our home (they showed us via a tiny camera that our walls did not have any insulation). They then showed us how MassSave pays for most of the cost of the project, so we scheduled the work for a few weeks later. I was worried that the installation would end up 'breaking shingles' but that worry did not turn out to be worth it. The installers did an incredible job and after the installation, we can't even see which shingles were popped (although I was present when the work was being done, and it was cool to see the insulation being blown in!). They had blocked out two days for the work but were done in 4-5 hours, and everyone was great to work with. I highly recommend HomeWorks Energy -- they exceeded our expectations!

I had an excellent experience! James checked that my oven is burning safely. He also tested my heat and hot water systems and found extremely high monoxide levels in the heater! It could have leaked and that would have been extremely dangerous so I’m so glad I had the visit!!! I’ll definitely going to keep doing it every couple years! I also learned a lot about my apartment and got my basement insulation done for about 20% co-pay so that has saved me on my oil bills the last few months.
