This was for a home energy assessment, which was extremely thorough and covered the house from top to bottom. They tested the water heater, furnace, oven, vents, inspected the attic, HVAC ductwork and the exterior walls. They also checked out the wiring and just about anything you can imagine. Much more thorough than a real estate inspector in my experience. Lastly the inspector was friendly and did a solid job of explaining what he was checking, why and options for reccomended next steps.

Their Mass Save Home Energy Assessment was great. The technician was knowledgeable, prepared, professional and direct. Would recommend to anyone that wants to know if everything is working properly and efficiently in your place's heat/cooling system. Saves money and the Earth.

Joseph did a great job servicing my heating unit. He did an excellent job explaining the components of my unit plus how to maintain it on my own in the meantime. I would recommend him and HomeWorks to anyone

Eric was prompt and efficient, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process of the energy audit.

Hired via Mass Save for audit and they installed insulation. In doing so, they needed to cut the wall in two places so they could blow in the insulation. When they put the drywall back, it’s a real mess. We were informed going into that they would put the drywall back and patch around it. That’s fine, but the job they did is an absolute mess. In the process of sanding it it in preparation for painting, I found that it doesn’t even fit to cover the holes. One is bulging out, for the other they taped it into place with blue painters tape, then spackled (overspackled) around it. In one hole, they didn’t even use the right piece of drywall that they had cut out (deduced from the fact I still have the correct piece and it’s not in the wall). I wished I would have told them to leave it and I would fix it myself. Now the job is far harder than it has to be.

Homeworks came out last week, and though there was a bit of discrepancy, all it took was a few conversations, and they sent out a manager Nathan, who was on time, and very friendly and helpful. We were able to go thru everything, and looking forward to the nice weather, to finish up our job. Thanks so much for the prompt Customer Service and quick resolution.

Eric came and did maintenance on our tankless hot water heater as well as checked over our HVAC system. Both he and his partner were polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced and where here when they said they would be. Couldn’t be happier.
