Adam came to our home and did a very thorough assessment. He then walked us through all of the different updates that we needed to do to make our home more efficient. He was kind and courteous, and was able to answer all of our questions. He not only explain what needed to be done, but also why it needed to be done, and how they would do it when they come back to perform the updates. He was very professional, and we are excited to be able to refer him too many friends and families.

The team came out to update insulation done by another company in 2020. The work being done was small but thank god they did it because we ended up discovering that a bathroom vent was disconnected to humid air was venting into a crawl space!!! The guys were early to the job, took care on the site, cleaned up after their work and patched it up at the end. Super thanks for getting things sorted!

Not Great. I contracted this company through the Mass save program to seal up a half dirt and half concrete basment as well as install insulation in the attic and eve of my house.
The basement they sealed and then layed down poly without grading the dirt floor. Which makes it very difficult to navigate. They then ran out of the poly so the basement floor is only half covered.
In the eve they found old knob and tube wiring so as a safety precaution they cannot insulate the area which is understandable.
The Attic was cleared and no knob and tube was found however they did not insulate because they couldnt insulate the eve.
Very underwelmed with the workmanship and scope of work. Would not recommend them to family and friends.

Eric did a great job, showed up on-time and explained what he would inspect during the visit. He gave recommendations as he completed the walk thru. Eric replaced old thermostats and provided a couple of power strips. I would recommend Eric to visit your house and complete an inspection and hopefully save you some money.

Adam did a superb job providing my household with an energy assessment. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything along the way. Super excited to get the work done on our home, and I hope more people have the fantastic experience that I did working with Adam!!

We had a slight issue with our 4 head mini spit system. Fernando along with Fabian and Joseph pressurized the system then check all lines including a long attic floor run. They found a small leak, repaired it, evacuated the system and gave us a fresh charge. Their communication and passed along knowledge was appreciated.

Since install, HomeWorks (We must include Donna) has stuck by their installed system and has supplied great service after the sale. Most Companies do not.

Excellent Service from start to finish on my insulation project! I called to get a free energy audit from Home Works Energy and they came out and did a thorough inspection on my house from top to bottom. Mike was an excellent auditor in the process, and super helpful at pointing out all the areas where we could save money and heat to reduce our bills. Today I had Dominic and Kelvin's team come out and do the air-sealing, additional insulation and other energy-saving measures including door sweeps to help keep more heat in and be more efficient. I cannot say enough about how courteous, professional, thorough, pleasant and efficient this crew was!! Dominic called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, and was a complete professional the entire visit. The guys made sure everything was done according to our specifications, they followed up and checked their work with the blower door testing, and made sure I was happy before they cleaned up and wrapped the job. Thank you so much for the great experience with this team--I am looking forward to lower energy bills (and being warmer!) in the coming years.

I would totally recommend any homeowner to get the free work that Mass Save funds with this program. Mass Save pays for most of the work, and we had a very small co-pay for the amount of insulation work that got done in our home. The money spent is totally worth what we did and will offset in less than a year with what we will avoid paying to National Grid on a regular basis.

Both my properties have relatively new windows, fully insulated and all lights converted to LED’s. The critical service / testing they performed was to measure CO ( carbon monoxide) form both propane boilers, hot water heaters and kitchen stoves all which all passed. This is a critical service since it confirms heating system is operating efficiently and gas cook stoves are emitting low CO below acceptable limits. i highly recommended homeowners to utilize these services for energy saving, environmental and health considerations. I am a senior citizen with limited income. Had the assessment done. The insulation work couldn't be performed due to an upgrade in the electrical system that was needed for 800.00. I couldn't afford it. I asked if they could do basic insulation such as doors and around windows to keep the draft out. I was told that they couldn't do it since the other work wasn't included.
Now the house is drafty and the gas bill continues to rise. Unfortunate set of circumstances. I thought the program was to save energy not to waste it.

Just had a home assessment done with HomeWorks Energy. David was great. I learned a lot about my home and we found a level of carbon monoxide that was to high on my furnace so I will have it evaluated before we can proceed with making my home more heat/cold efficient. Highly recommend every home owner to have an assessment done. It will increase the value of your home and also save you money long term.
