I am so eager and pleased with this company specially their staff, Ben Chrissy, the heating and cooling specialist. He has so much knowledge in what he does. His professionalism is outstanding and so sensitive of the customers needs. Also, his contractors of installers are very neat, clean, and organize and communicate all the details to the customer. My house was built in 1946, and as such, not exactly air tight. After all the sealing and insulation work, the door blower test results went from 3117 to 1331. HUGE improvement! The three workers who did the work, Augustus, Lois, and Jimmy, set the stage for Ruby and his crew who are doing the A/C installation today. Great experience all around. Would I use this company again, and more importantly, recommend them to someone else, Yes.

Eric Holt did an energy audit of our home on June 28 and we are extremely happy with his feedback. Eric was very knowledgeable and informative. We had Homeworks install a new combination natural gas boiler, through working with ABCD Boston, and had a great experience all around! Ben walked us through the process of choosing the boiler that was right for us, and followed up to make sure everything was great. Sal and his team were professional installers, worked neatly and had it done in a day. After install, it was discovered that we had a manufacturer's defect in one of the parts, and their plumbers Andre and Pedro were there the next morning (on a Saturday!) to fix it. Thanks for the work - all around great experience, and would recommend them highly!

Joseph S. from Homeworks was an excellent professional. He helped me expedite a system install during the dead of winter to get my home heated again. The work started on a Saturday and he was honest and helpful throughout it all!

The escutcheon (the white flap piece that protects the fire sprinkler) was knocked out during the insulation work. The contractor gave me a number, saying this is his manager’s number and she will follow up with the problem. You guess what! No one answered the phone nor replied any messages.
A hole is left on the ceiling of my house!!
