They did a great job at installing a water line in the back of a fridge. They were very responsive, friendly, great a communication, quick at returning phone calls, very kind and explained directions and tips/tricks to me to help maintain the fridge. I highly recommend. Thanks!!!

Prospect Hill Plumbing just finished installing a new water heater and doing an oil to natural gas furnace conversion for us today. They were GREAT! They did everything in two days. The first day they took out the oil tank and furnace and installed the water heater so that we had hot water again by that afternoon. The following day they finished installation of the new natural gas furnace and we came home to a warm house. The installation was done really well, and they completely cleaned up after the work was done. They did a fantastic job for about half the cost of another highly rated Boston area plumbing company. We are really impressed and we'd recommend them to anyone. We will also contact them next time we have a sizable job.

I contacted prospect Hill plumbing after another local plumbing company dropped the ball on coming by to replace my leaking 20 yr old water heater, and I'm glad I did!

So after Dover plumbing burned a day of my time never following through on the appointment I made with them, I called Prospect Hill plumbing, also in the neighborhood, who gave me a quote on the phone, came by and the time they said they would, and even took care of a few other small plumbing problems at no cost while they were there. No 125 just to come look, quick, efficient, and transparent.

Will use again!

Problem with an outside tap that was leaking and needed a new tap and partial pipe replacement inside. Responsive and got the job done at a fair price. Very happy. Recently used Paul to install new sink and waste disposal which they did perfectly even though it was not a routine job, and had them in to service a steam boiler and install an automatic water level feeder. I will use them again. Very responsive, good work.

Had a leak in our basement. First plumber comes out, gives us "the worst news" that we must first hire a carpenter to rip open the walls, etc. so he can access the pipes. Mortified, I called Prospect Hill P&H to get a second opinion. They quickly realized it's a problem underneath the upstairs toilet, fixed it in less than 30 minutes, no walls ripped open, etc. I'm immensely grateful. Would recommend these guys to anyone in the area.

They helped us install a gas line on the third floor of our condo. A ton of folks refused because it was a challenging job. They worked with us to discuss how to route it to the basement and then were meticulous about finishing it right. We'd definitely work with them again.
