We had a rep from MA Save come out to do the assessment for insulation in our home. No one is ever sure who will be sent to your house when dealing with a company you're not familiar with anymore. The two men who showed up at our house were great. We had our two attics insulated with stair tent covers, two kneewalls with hatches insulated, a bath vent on the roof, front door weather strip, and the perimeter of the basement sealed. It took them two days (2 men one day and 3 men the next). They cleaned up each day, and at the end of day 2, even blew the driveway off! The crew leader was awesome! He really took the time to make sure his guys were on top of things.
I'm a remodeling contractor and am very familiar with "good an bad" workers. These guys were very good and we were not concerned at all about having them working throughout our house at all. They are hard and respectful workers. We were very happy with the job they did, start to finish.
If you can request anyone to do the job - we recommend you get Richard Gossie as Crew Leader and his men!

Cody came and provided great communication and made sure I understood everything. He was patient and provided clarification when needed. Nothing felt rushed.

They were on time and handled a complicated multi unit mini-split install very well. Took a few calls and some troubleshooting but they were persistent and professional. They made sure everything worked even when it took some ingenuity.

Gordon did an excellent job sourcing out what the heating problem was and had my system up and running in less than 2 hours. He was so personable and very professional. I could not have asked for a better person to fix our system.
