McClaren Heating and Air did a great job with
the periodic maintence of the heat and a/c in our home.
They were prompt and sent a text before they arrived. They were very pleasant and gave a thorough explanation of the worked performed ..5 stars to this company!

First, the office manager was extremely pleasant and responded to me in a very timely manner, providing up front costs for maintenance fee. She told me whom to expect at my home, and the window I would receive a call for the service. Great customer service, punctual, professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. McClaren really cares about their customers!

I had an emergency heating situation and they came to my home the next day to install a completely new system.

Found company on web search and left a call back message on an answering service. A technician Shawn called me within a half hour. He shared with me his schedule for the day and an estimate of when he could possibly come to my home. He called when he was fifteen minutes away. He was professional throughout our interaction. Diagnosed our situation quickly and took the time to explain to me in terms I could understand. He had to wait till my frozen system thawed, and set up another appointment. He returned when arranged with what he needed and fixed our central air. He processed payment on site and provided a receipt. I could not have been more impressed with him or the exceptional service.

Shawn came on time and went straight to work servicing my ac system.
He answered any questions I had. He is a friendly, knowledgeable young man. I was confident he knew his job. I will always call on McClaren H&A for any service I need.

Very happy with the service. The technician was on time and called to let him know he was on route. The technician recommended some additional services/repairs. He explained why he was making the recommendations, did not feel he was up selling us. Would recommend this company and plan to schedule maintenance again next year. All ready used the AC this year!

Terrific experience with McClaren Heating and Air Conditioning! Crew showed up on time, were efficient and happy workers, and in 4 hours we had AC. Wish I had installed AC sooner!

Highly recommend McClaren!! Installed 2 furnaces and 2 AC units (gas). Artie the owner gave us the inital estimate. Work performed in the 2 days as promised. Very professional, did a thorough job/cleanup. Artie was by the first day and worked with us on a better solution for vent placement.
