Jason and his team at Mass State Plumbing Heating and AC were outstanding to work with. We were provided a clear, concise estimate and guidance on how to proceed with the project using Mass Save Rebates/HEAT Loan. Jason was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process and as soon as we were cleared for our HEAT loan got us on the schedule quickly thereafter. His team did an incredible job replacing our outdated furnace and central air with new equipment that qualified for mass save rebates and the HEAT loan program. We contracted with Mass State PHAC to install a mini split heat/AC pump to service our second floor and a floor mounted AC unit for the first floor of our home. We worked with Jason Edgerly. Jason is a real pro. All meetings and installation dates were met. The quality of the installation was very good - looks like it was installed when the house was built. The systems are very quiet and they have worked really well. The system qualified for energy rebates and Jason was very helpful with the rebate process. We are very happy we chose Mass Sate PHAC.
