Mc Claren Heating & Air

I had two old furnaces removed (one was 100 years old) and had two new gas fired ones installed along with a mini split in 2nd floor apartment.
After I read all the 5 star reviews, I had to get a quote from them. These guys had a competitive price and the salesperson was very professional and very knowledgeable. I decided to go with them. I could not be any happier. The owner, Arthur, came by to do the final site review prior to scheduling work and recommended a few duct changes. The job took 2 full days with about 5-6 very professional and friendly technicians and everything went perfectly. For such a large job, I figured something would go wrong but all went perfectly. I will definitely use them for any future jobs and will also set up annual maintenance plans with them for my new units.

This was the first time using McClaren Heating & Air Conditioning to replace a furnace from 1987. McClaren was competitive in pricing for a well known (marketed) brand of furnace. McClaren was not the lowest in price but the difference of a few hundred dollars was justified with the estimation process with Gary and the number of highly rated reviews.

The installation went smoothly and they had no issues performing the installation. All duct work was pre-made before arriving at my home which saved on installation time.

The people at Mc Claren Heating & AC were great. The owner, Artie ensured I was completely happy with all of the work. Let me first start by saying that before selecting an HVAC company to replace my system I had gotten quotes and chatted with upwards of 10-15 different vendors, but I genuinely didn't feel comfortable enough to move forward with any of them. Whether it be lack of ability to correctly identify which condenser belonged to my unit, lack or responsiveness, or insane price, no one fit the bill for me... until I worked with Artie from McClaren Heating & AC.

Artie, the owner of the company, personally came to take a first look at my unit to make the visit convenient based on my schedule. He was knowledgeable, professional, kind and timely. His office got back to me with a quote the same day, and it was significantly more affordable than anything I'd seen up until that point. His office worked directly with my property management office to pass certificates of insurance and all of the necessary paperwork without me even having to ask or be involved.

On install day the whole McClaren team was wonderful! While I haven't gotten a chance to use my unit yet, they triple checked everything to make sure that it was working perfectly and left the space nice and clean even after working for nine hours on the project installing a new system in a new location.

I truly can not recommend McClaren Heating and Air Conditioning more. From personal experience, you will not find a better company and you certainly will not find a more reasonable price for the work that you need done. Thanks for everything Artie & team!

From the first contact to the last walkthrough Artie and his team could not have been more professional and patient. We had central air installed throughout the house. Their estimate was economical, their scheduling was consistent and responsive, and their workmanship was above reproach. They left their workspace cleaner than it was. There were no last minute changes. There were no errors. Any challenge to the job was discussed with us well before action was taken.
They finished when they said they would and showed up every day exactly when they said.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

During a heat wave, our AC broke. They had someone there the next day and got it going. Sean, the service guy, gave me his cell phone and checked-in to make sure it was still going. Fabulous service and MUCH appreciated!

McClaren is absolutely the best. I've used them to install a new heating/air conditioning system and also for routine maintenance. They always arrive on time and are always unfailingly professional and friendly. They are efficient and their prices are extremely reasonable. I wouldn't use anyone else.

McClaren Heating & Air was great! It's tough finding a responsive contractor these days. I had called a few companies and McClaren was the most responsive and timely. Sean was very knowledgeable and professional!

McClaren installed a new furnace and ac unit a few years ago. Every year they return to check and clean the system. I have been totally satisfied.
Shaun has completed the maintenance for the past 2 years. He is very thorough and professional.

In December we had an emergency at home with our 20 year old heating system; we called McClaren H &AC , they were responsive and professional. In the Spring 2021, we planned to update the A/C Heating and replace water/heater at home. We contacted 4 companies, asked for estimates. Since we first contacted McClaren, we were very pleased with the process, however, we waited to get the other estimates to make the decision as to what company we would use. It was easy to decide, we would go with McClaren, the service they provide is the best, every person we dealt with was great, Carol, Gary, Arthur, and the technicians. Three trucks, six people came, all the installation, furnace, 3-ton cased a-coil and condenser, and water/heater , was done in one day.
