From Artie the owner to the office staff to the installation crew, everyone was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had an old gas boiler replaced with a high efficiency Viessmann system and it works great. The installation crew stayed late to insure I would have heat before the cold of the night set in. I highly recommend McClaren Heating & Air and will continue to use their services as needed in the future.

McClaren has been outstanding in every way. Our home has multiple systems (installed by another vendor) that have been extremely problematic over the past few years. McClaren has been incredibly helpful in responding to and resolving the many issues. What I've appreciated most is the time taken to explain in detail the issues we've dealt with. Everyone from the front office to the individual techs have been friendly, accommodating, and responsive to all my needs.

Mc Claren took out all the old duct work in our attic, put all new supply lines, returns, vents, and a new heat pump. Everything went smoothly, they did a great job cleaning up. Would highly recommend Artie and his team.

Our AC broke down in the middle of heat wave this past summer. We called McClaren’s Heating & AC and they were very responsive to our problem. Shaun was our technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable, he found the issue immediately and replaced the appropriate part and our AC was up and running in no time. They came back in September and cleaned and checked our AC system. We are very happy and satisfied customers.

Amazing and professional team from Carol and Jenn in the office, Gary who did our estimate, Artie who came and did walk around prior to install and the entire install team. Everyone was professional and courteous. Had heat pump system installed with 5 mini splits. Best price and biggest bang for my buck. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

My entire experience from beginning to end was pleasant. Our air conditioner started leaking lots of water on one of the hottest days of the year. We don’t have a go-to HVAC technician so we decided to give McClaren a call and they fit us in the next day. The receptionist was lovely, even after I canceled and rescheduled within hours and the technician was knowledgeable and found the issue right away. In and out within and hour. We’ve already scheduled an appointment with them in the fall for a cleaning and a few other needed repairs.

Absolutely outstanding! Our AC condenser died on a Friday afternoon. I called 6 companies & McClaren was the only one to call back & come out to diagnose the problem.
The owner called me directly the following week , gave me a fair price and offered to install our new condenser the next day. The whole team was professional and polite

I finally found McClaren after months of unsuccessful attempts at getting other contractors to do a new zone install at my condo. The other companies wanted to charge me $200-$350 just for an estimate, but McClaren came out quickly to give me a free estimate with multiple options at different price points. The company was responsive to communication, answered all my questions, and was open to my feedback. The installation team did a great job, did not leave until the the installation was successfully tested, and left the area clean. In the end I got the exact solution that I wanted at a fair price, and I couldn't be happier with the way the project turned out. McClaren is the only HVAC contractor I would recommend.

Used McClaren for an urgent repair on an AC unit, on a Saturday, on a 90+ degree day. They came out immediately, was very friendly, fixed the issue, and followed up! They were fair in price! I will be using them when I replace my system! The tech was great and the owner was also very friendly when reviewing my unit for replacement and quotes!
