Mc Claren Heating & Air

We’ve used McClaren twice now. Once for servicing our heating system and just now to install an A/C unit. The service and people have been awesome each time. AND QUICK TO COME.

I will say, they’re currently using an answering service that I don’t love, they’ve been a little surly with us when we’ve called. But that seems to be a separate company altogether, so don’t care for them, but McClaren itself is great and did great work.

Highly recommend, even with the slight communication issues.

Being new to the area I asked a neighbor who they would recommend for heat and a/c service and maintenance. Mc Claren was highly recommended, especially with their maintenance plans. Sean came as scheduled and took the time to review our systems and to answer any questions. We look forward to many years of service from Mc Claren Heating and Air.

McClaren installed my ductless LG yesterday. Team was on time, professional, and friendly. Noah and even did a little drywall patch for me where the old lineset came into the house and let my cat out of the bedroom before he left! Great guys from the top down. Pricing was the best I found but didn't mean I got an discount on service. Would happily use them again - Thanks to Arthur and the whole group.

I highly recommend McClaren Heating and Air Conditioning. The team of Paul, Eric, Eric, and Mike were punctual, professional, and courteous throughout the installation our new furnace. Artie the owner and Carol the office manager were very informative and accommodating as well.
We were without heat for nearly two weeks after our furnace broke down. Therefore, it was an all around pleasant experience during an otherwise difficult situation!

I have used McClaren Heating/ AC several times over the years , at my different houses and every time it is a different issue with my heating or AC . Mike is the technician they always seem to send out and he is excellent at his job. He knows everything about Heating / AC. McClaren should be proud to have him as a employee. Office always calls me back and is very helpful.

We are so happy with McClaren heating and air conditioning. Very professional and nice. The installation went smoothly they really know their job! So efficient and left the job spotless couldn’t have gone any better! We recommend them highly!

Every time we had an issue McClaren fixed it! Reasonably priced and came out in a timely manner. The technician was knowledgeable and confident in their services.

The technician was great and provided maintenance. However, I needed a small repair done and the technician said he didn't know how to fix it. It is a minor repair. The low rating is simply due to the fact that I need a HVAC company that can service AND do repairs. I now need to hire a second company to make the minor repair.

McClaren installed a new condenser and coil to replace our old R22 system. Every interaction was very professional and the 2 guys who came to do the install did quality work. They even shoveled a bit of stone to cover the new condenser pad. We'll call McClaren next time we need any HVAC work done and recommend them to anyone.

The technician arrived on time, actually early. Got right to the job and even replaced the filter for us. He made sure everything was cleaned up and provided verbal summary and a written summary.
