Mike and Jack were very professional and polite. They quickly identified and solved the problem. They called in advance and came three hours earlier than expected. Carol in the office was very helpful.

First time customer. Scheduling was easy. Communication on the day of service was great. Technician was courteous and performed all required tasks in an efficient manner. I will be calling them for future maintenance needs.

I’ve had them install 3 different ductless systems for me over the years and they always do a great job. They are neat, clean, professional, and really get the job done quickly. They’ve also fixed my boiler when I really needed it. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anybody for HVAC.

Install team did a great job removing old unit and replacing with new one in half-day's time. McClaren was there when Cape Cod Heat Pumps rezoned and kicked me out, so I am thankful for that. The sales process was also smooth, and the service team has been great and readily available to assist while troubleshooting old unit issues, and answering new unit questions. Looking forward to continuing my relationship w/McClaren.

As a custom builder, Artie and his crew are exceptional to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and up to date in all the new technological advances and options available. Great workmanship and work very well with the customers and other subcontractors.

Haven't had an issue since install 2-3 years ago, when we came home one Sunday night in February to no heat. Tried the basics, no avail. They came right out the next morning, did troubleshooting and unfortunately had to order parts. Only delay was on the supplier side. They were very responsive and were able to get us up and running as soon as parts arrived.

I scheduled someone to come out for an annual service and cleaning on my furnace
. They came right on time, called before he came and was very professional. Did a great job and gave me some good advice. I would definitely use them again.
