McClaren is the absolute best in my book! I called about no heat, and the young man, Sean, who came out was well within the time frame he had given me, was quick and efficient and so very polite. He's a credit to this company. He diagnosed my problem as a pilot light that was out, and showed me how to light it. An earlier heating tech, came out knowing I had gas and told me after fiddling with some switches that he didn't "do" gas but charged me anyway. Sean was excellent. McClaren is my heating company from now on!

The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great gob servicing our 32 year old furnace. I really trust McClaren with all of my heating and air conditioning needs.

On install day, a full crew, including an on-site electrician who was able to fix an issue in the moment, quickly and expertly installed our new system. From my first contact with McClaren Heating & Air Conditioning, through the installation, everyone I spoke with was professional, efficient and conscientious. Gary, who came to see our house and give us a quote, was knowledgeable and did the quote on the spot. Artie, the owner, also certainly knows his business and is great at following up, even after hours. He ensured the team who performed the installation knew exactly what to do. They did a fantastic job, and were even careful about not tracking dirt in the house. The office staff was also great - pleasant and professional. McClaren will be my go-to heating and ac service from now on!

McClaren relocated a bathroom fan exhaust duct and installed a mini-split system in our basement. Throughout they were easy to communicate with, quick to get us on the calendar, and very professional when it came time to do the work. We are super happy with the result and would happily recommend them to anybody!
