Our technician, Peter, showed up ready to work. He was very knowledgeable and was able to handle the task with ease. He was able to explain what was done and what else is needed, in terms that were easy to understand. He was also able to give us estimates and recommendations for additional services we need. Will definitely be reaching out to have them do the additional repairs we need.

During the recent cold snap we discovered that some of the water line shut off valves did not work, including the main valve connected to the town's line. The plumber from Cranney evaluated the situation, Cranney's office called the town water department to arrange the water service be shut off at the street level, the plumber and town water department arrived early the next day and within less than an hour all repairs were done an water was back on. All Cranney staff from the plumber to the office staff were extremely professional. The plumber himself spent time explaining issues including maintenance of shut off valves. An excellent experience with Cranney. Having used Cranney in the past I highly recommend them.

We had our drains backing up with some major issues.

Miles, Derek (drain tech), Peter (plumbing) & Andrew (assistant) were absolutely perfect! They were prompt, clean, professional and friendly. The teamwork with all the departments involved was great! Thanks again for all that you guys did!

I've always been advised to steer clear from companies that charge for quotes, but swayed by their impressive ratings, I decided to give it a shot. My task seemed straightforward -- simply move a junction box 16" up the wall. I had already handled the dry-wall removal, but preferred to avoid meddling with wires, a task which only involved unscrewing the box, repositioning it, and screwing it back in place.

The coordination with the company was good. However, once the electrician arrived, his demeanor was far from friendly. After assessing the situation, he quoted me an astonishing $530 to move the junction box. Feeling defeated, I told him I would consider it and reluctantly paid the $95 consultation fee.

I then found an alternative electrician who performed the job for a cost that was half the quote Cranney gave me.

It seems that my $95 was the cost of a valuable lesson learned.

I had an absolutely great experience w/Cranney and particularly our service man Michael. He identified the problem, how he could fix it and what it would cost. All very clear and the price was reasonable. Micheal is very knowledgeable about his work/profession as well as polite, nice, and professional. Great experience!

We lost power to half our house one night. I called Cranney at 9:00pm and they were there 12 hours later. Quick service, professional and friendly electricians, and we were back up and running before lunch. We love working with these guys.

These last three days have been my first experience with Cranney. I can’t speak highly enough about the experience! From the people in the office to Pat (the tech that came out) to Ben (the foreman who came out the next day)…all totally professional and knowledgeable. They are so customer oriented and pleasant to deal with. They handled our heating issue and gave suggestions for further preventative maintenance. They have a new fan (as well as a new customer)!

Once again the Cranney service tech went above & beyond! Bryce explained the issue and quickly repaired the spigot. He explained our options and took the time to explain pros and cons of each. He also helped us understand the pipe system and located another pipe that had a small leak. Very nice, friendly and professional. Thank you!!

Ben came out to do the inspection of my systems… explained to me how their membership program works and helped me sign up and that actually saved me about 150 today! He was thorough and explained what he was doing and if he had concerns because of the age of my AC system, etc… all in all, it was a great experience - I wouldn’t have signed up for their program if it wasn’t!!
