These technicians are magic. They're also extremely tolerant of situations that come up that they don't expect. I had a hot tub installed, and everything that could go wrong electrically did go wrong, because we had some poor work done in the past. They fixed everything efficiently and well. I intend to use them again anytime we need anything electrical. They also have done good plumbing work in my house. Good repair services are worth their weight in gold, and I heartily endorse this company.

Richard was great. He walked me through all the important stuff and explained what he was doing and looking for. He was respectful of my home and pleasant.

He had a few suggestions since I keep my home frigid but didn't put any pressure on me. I hope he is who I get again for any future maintenance or A/C calls.

Free annual plumbing reviews in past years were much more involved and caught real issues. This years was disappointing and missed obvious problems. Tech was friendly enough.

I had water dripping out of my electrical panel during a storm, a very unsettling experience. I called Cranney and they quickly scheduled the appointment and dispatched to my home. Nick was very professional, arrived on time, and when the dispatcher told me to expect me. He quickly assessed the situation, identified root cause, addressed weatherproofing outside of the house and effected repairs inside at the panel to get us back up and running and stop future water intrusion.

Dante performed the service professionally. He didi not have necessary parts but was quick with getting them and rebuilding the unit. Great job!
