I had a problem with my HVAC- Air-Conditioning. Service technician Matthew Desroches showed up and took care of the problem. What was impressive was the clear and helpful explanation he provided of how the problem may be solved and the two options to do so. It immediately telegraphed a sense of trust. He seemed very knowledgeable and truly geared to help solve the problem.

From booking an appointment to seeing the technician, Cranney Home Services was a pleasure to deal with. As a brand new home owner, our oil furnace failing to start was not something I wanted to deal with. Cranney was able to dispatch someone out later that day. Our technician, Michael Correo, was friendly, informative and even walked me through what he was doing and taught me about our furnace. I would definitely recommend them for servicing your home!

Very unprofessional. They charged me the entire one year of cranney value plan (their subscription model), and when I needed their repair on my AC unit they mention we don't support Magic-Pak AC units. Total rip off. Never trust their management, Even though it is family owned, the younger management only knows how to steal people's hard earned money and never do any good service. I called them several times with a request to speak to the manager, they keep on saying "manager is in the meeting and they will call back". Now it is more than 3 days with no return call. I will go through my credit card company to stop their scam!

Half the electricity in our new home wasn't working - sellers left us with a big mess of wires. Scott came out same day to figure out the problem, and then came back the next day to reconfigure all the wires in the basement and had us up and running quickly. The improvement is night and day, looks like a different place. The scheduling team was flexible and easy to communicate with as well. A little pricey, but worth the money from how smoothly it all went.

I recently had a dishwasher and faucet installed by Bryce from Cranney. Bryce did a great job. He was extremely professional and an excellent installer. He made sure all the equipment was in good working order before leaving. The work was done in such a way as to not be noisy or disruptive to my home. He was very respectful. I can’t say enough about the Cranney company. Their workmanship and customer service are outstanding. They have been my go-to plumber for over 10 years and they will continue to be.

John was very professional and knowledgeable about our situation. He greeted me in a professional manner and conducted the assessment with absolute professionalism. 4 star rating because I did not understand the scheduling process and waited all day for our technician to arrive (versus a 4 hour window).

If you need electrical service HIRE THIS COMPANY! This was my first time with Cranny and will use them again if needed. I had an issue and they came the next day. On time, reasonable cost and the technician was friendly, professional and he resolved the issue quickly.

We highly recommend Frank! He was punctual and was very pleasant and professional. Frank figured out the issue within minutes! He made sure everything got fixed right away and did it in the most cost effective way. We’ve done business with Cranney for many years and Frank is a keeper. I will absolutely request his service for any future problems.

Cranney installed a furnace for my elderly family member who is in a wheelchair and cannot access the basement. I always wondered why the pipes were so low and assumed it had to be installed like that. I had another company come out for a furnace check in because of so many prior bad experiences with Cranney and they said they did a lazy job with this install. They said the air and exhaust pipes could have been a minimum of several inches higher. They also left a mess after the install. If I had to guess they thought this old lady in a wheelchair is never going to come into the basement so what does it matter? Please stay as far away from this company as possible. This was a 10k investment you think they would do a professional job but instead I have to hunch over to walk by! Terrible!!
