This young man and his apprentice assistant we absolutely wonderful. Though they ran into a problem (very old plumbing) they were determined to stay until everything was working. Can't say enough about them!

Arrived on time with a smile. Personable and meticulous, very informative regarding his activity. He was efficient and anxious to teach a little about the work he was doing. One of the best service providers we have encountered.

Richard was very personable, efficient, and explained everything he was looking at and why. He replaced the furnace filter and the ERV filters. Those were an added charge not part of the service plan but worth it.

New furnace install had a leak on out take pipe. I called and two technicians responded within the hour. They fixed the problem promptly. They were courteous,polite and professional. Technician Kevin Darwin arrived on time and was very congenial and professional. He took the time to explain my plumbing needs and answered all my questions in terminology I could understand. After he explained what would need to be done in term of parts and labor, he did not pressure me to make a decision then and there. I always appreciate that when dealing with major money expenses. Joe Barnes and his assistant were prompt, polite and explained the process. They quickly found our problem and told us how they would fix it. After obtaining parts it took about 15 minutes to finish the job. It was refreshing to get such prompt service.
