***Update: another service call 3 years later --- on a holiday weekend, of course. Got a call back from Rick within minutes of leaving a message with the service. And within an hour, Felipe was at our door. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part. And also did our overdue annual service. Alliance is the best!

In one 15 min phone call with customer service agent Darlene Dahlquist, I got a new oil cap price plan, a service call scheduled for same day, explained I had a credit from last year and applied that, and just had what was an unusually pleasant experience. this is my 2nd year using this company and i don’t see myself going anywhere!

Darlene is the person who makes sure that I stay at Alliance Express. Without her, Alliance would not be as good a company as it is. Darlene is careful, accurate and able to explain anything I don't understand so that I get it. Because of her, I've had wonderful service for many years. Darlene is the best and I hope Alliance works hard to make sure she's happy!

I've been with Alliance Express since 2018. I really like their product price lock-in deals that puts customers at an advantage in terms of oil price fluctuation. The customer service is also very excellent and always finding ways to help customers figure the best product pricing and supply for their convenience.

Great service from Alliance today, Darlene on the phones and Allan and (i didn't catch his name) dealing with the boiler. The name has changed over the decades but same great local service.
