I'm a 40-year customer for good reason. Service has always been personal, professional, and responsive. I recently noticed an unusual overuse of the oil in my tank and an associated cutoff of my burner. Although my next delivery was not scheduled for two weeks out, Phyllis had redirected a delivery to me within 12 hours from my request to delivery.

The people/the staff that I have encountered as an Alliance Express customer have all been fantastic so far. I especially want to say that Crystal in the office is about one of the best customer service people I have come across in ages. She is always responsive, calls when she says she is going to and does her best to help and accommodate your scheduling needs. That seems to be a rare quality these days. It's pretty impressive the length of time some of the staff have been with Alliance . . . i think that says something about the company :) Thank you.
