Alliance Express

Very reliable, but their prices are moving towards the high end of the range for Eastern Mass. I used for more than 2 years, but stopped because I could save a lot. 207 gallons on Jan 7 cost me $130 more than had I used my current supplier. Do your homework before you commit to Alliance.

Felipe completed my annual heating system service check. Very nice and very professional. Answered my questions regarding my water storage tank as well.
Darlene helped me with estimating yearly oil usage and processed a price cap for my account.

I am a long time customer of Alliance Express. I talked to Darlene this morning . She helped me set up a cleaning for my oil burner, and a capped price . She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to address all my questions and concerns.
I was able to have my boiler cleaned today.
The technician , whom I remember from a few years ago, did a great job.

The office staff when calling and the technicians who service your system in your home are always congenial, thorough, respectful and efficient. They are easy to work with and I am convinced that I have had no serious issues over the years because of their expert work. I most recently worked with Crystal about my budget payments and she was patient, informative and extremely friendly. It's nice to know that there are still businesses who care about their customers and take the time to demonstrate real appreciation.

Alliance Express has been my home heating oil company since I purchased my house on 1996. I have been very happy with their overall service and competitive pricing. What separates them from the rest is their outstanding customer service. I just had my annual call with them to secure my plan for the upcoming winter. I spoke with Darlene who was exceptionally kind, professional and courteous. She patiently walked me through the best options for me given the volatility with energy prices today. I am very pleased with the option I took with Darlene's help and can feel comfortable and confident heading into the winter.

Customer service was incredible! I had a billing issue and the rep who assisted me, Darlene Dahlquist, was amazing! The service set me at ease that I chose the right oil company.
