I called to review my annual budget plan, worried about the rising prices. I spoke with Phyllis Pagliarulo, and she could not have been more helpful and accommodating. She ran numbers for every possible plan until we found one I was comfortable with, for my budget. She was patient, and even reminded me I needed to schedule my annual service check, which we did before ending the call. I appreciate that I can be confident in knowing the customer service with Terry Oil is always excellent, and I never feel rushed or like my questions are an inconvenience.

My first delivery and tagging was fine; plus, the service person was helpful in letting me know how to prepare the area for my clean out. and explained how auto delivery works. so far, I am satisfied.

This company and their people have always been fair, decent, and honest with me. They took over the original oil company that my family used in the 50’s. They are very dependable, deliver oil automatically, and answer service calls in the middle of the night. Shout out to Crystal who just helped me renew my contract today.

With the uncertainty of cold winter days ahead and the rising cost of home heating oil, I reached out to The Oil Express to review my account. In the course of 20 short minutes, I received all the answers to my questions, put into place a capped fuel plan, and updated my existing service contract all while saving me money. Excellent service they said between 7-10 pm and he was here at 7:30 and he did a excellent work we had this company since 1973 and they are always on time and always excellent job we never have problems with them
