I had a great experience with Darlene today. She was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me work out an affordable plan for my oil supply this year. She has helped me before and is always pleasant. It was an effortless experience on my end.

My call today went superbly. All my questions were answered fully and the steps I had to follow were carefully laid out for me. I am a long time customer of Alliance and this call was just an outstanding customer experience. I talked with Darleen Dahlquest and she did a wonderful job in answering my questions. I am hard of hearing and sometimes it is necessary for things to be repeated to me. Darlene did a super job in the face of that.

I have been an Alliance customer for 8 years now. I have always appreciated their reliable delivery and maintenance service. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Darlene to renew my yearly budget plan. Darlene was exceptionally professional and very patient in helping me decide on my annual contract. I arrived home and had no heat or hot water. Called Alliance and they sent Jim who is an excellent, highly knowledgeable technician. Jim analyzed the issues, went to work on my heating system and resolved the issues in a timely manner. Jim fully checked the system and both thermostats to ensure my heating system and hot water were fully up and running before he left. Jim is highly skilled, so nice and very professional. He is the BEST!

My initial reason calling today was just to make an appt for my annual furnace cleaning but while I was waiting for a representative I was informed about the Price Protection Plan. Darlene came online and after making the furnace appt I asked her about the plan. Darlene explained the program in detail, reviewed my last years oil use, added potential use of more oil this year and calculated the cost with the current price per gallon, my furnace protection plan along with the Price protection cost.
She was able to give me this coming year monthly payment as well as take my payment for the balance due for this current season. She was very pleasant, informative and had outstanding customer service. I’ve been a customer for many years and I have always had outstanding service whether it’s for an oil delivery, furnace service or if I have any questions. Darlene is a wonderful asset to this company. Thank you for years of great service.

She was polite and professional, and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I would recommend Alliance, they are a great company to work with. A Technician came out to re-start our Furnace ! On CHRISTMAS EVE. We had No Heat that whole day, until the evening. I called Alliance Express Emergency ! She told Me it would be a 4 hour wait, before the call back from a Technician. He called, in less than 3 hours later while arriving at My Home. In a few minutes My Furnace was running again ! What a GREAT TEAM ! Alliance Express Service.
