It’s winter season again which means time to evaluate my options for an oil company. I continue to be a customer of Alliance Express for over 20 years because they always give me the most competitive rates. I also love their customer service. This year I specifically worked with Darlene and she did an awesome job reviewing my account and recommending options that would work best for me. She is very professional and took the time to review all the details. She also scheduled my annual service. Thanks so much Darlene! Keep up the great work!

I have been a customer of Alliance Express for years. I always do automatic delivery, service plan, and locked cost per gallon. They've always been good about service and their responsiveness/availability is really great.
Recently I realized the fuel line was likely partially clogged. Being a Sunday I told the answering service it could wait until Monday. Instead a tech was out within the hour. He cleared the line and did the yearly maintenance so I didn't need to worry about it later. About 1 hour after Shane's arrival I was back up and running. Because of the service plan, I pay nothing additional. Great job for sure.
Cost of oil is not the lowest or the highest, but it is competitive. With the ability to lock in rates and monthly payment plans that keep your payments consistent all year, it's a no brainer. Making my life easier is core to my needs and they hit that out of the ballpark.

We spoke to Darlene Dahlquist regarding renewing our contract (when we were trying to decide if we are staying with the company or not) but she was so nice and helpful that we received a fair capped price and her professional service, so we happily renewed our contract! I talked today with Phyllis Pagliarullo @ Alliance Express Customer Service about my Price Plan Renewal for this year's heating season. Phyllis was very pleasant and Patient. She helped me select the best option for me. It gave me everything I was looking for in a Cap Plan with Downside Protection.
